I want to give Activision a shout out to doing such a great job at remaking these classic games!! The graphics are beautiful. The flow of the game is just like I remember and better. I would have gave it a five star but I was disappointed that the first game came fully on the disc but you had to download the other 2 games. Kinda ruined part of it. Especially with so done who doesn't have internet.

It was nice to see the Spyro I liked best return in an updated fashion. Game play was great, and the improved graphics made it all the better. I wish more titles would be redone, especially the old platformers.

Its a perfect remake of the Spyro games. The first Spyro was my first game as a child so I was ecstatic when they announced this. Literally the only complaint I have is that Activision rushed its release so only the first game is on the physical disk. You need to do an update for the other 2 games which may take awhile if you don't have an adequate internet connection. Just keep that in mind.

Even when I heard rumors of this game being remastered I was incredibly excited. I'm glad to report that I was NOT disappointed. All 3 titles have a new coat paint and still play extremely well. Everything feels new and familiar at the same time. I did have to deduct a star because there seems to be some frame rate issues across all the games. Luckily it's something that seems easily patched.

The summary says it all. This is a re-mastering of the original Spyro games, and re-mastered it was. The graphics were updated, as were some of the clunky controls from the older PlayStation consoles.

I love Spyro. I feel just like a kid again in a good way playing through all these levels. Gameplay is smooth and graphics are uber vibrant. Very nice game.

Recently picked up a PS4 after years of being an Xbox fan, haven't played Playstation since the PS2 came out. But with all the games, amazing high resolution, and exclusive games I wanted to experience myself. I knew I wanted to play something from my childhood which came down to 3 games... Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. Seeing the vivid colors and high resolution was so amazing because I still remember what the original Spyro looked like. Just as much fun, more challenging than I remember but that's a good thing in my book. I recommend the Spyro trilogy for anyone who wants to practice their timing and strategic skills.

This is a very beautiful upgrade of the original Spyro games, keeping the original game play while taking full advantage of new graphics capabilities. Though, as someone who adored the original releases of these games, I find a few of the model upgrades less adorable than their blocky, low-res counterparts. The only real complaint I have is that a large part of the second and third games require a large download to access, so if you have slow internet, you're only going to have access to the first game and the very first sections of the second and third game for a bit. I fully recommend this game, and a little patience for the download, to anyone.

I stiill remember playing the original series on ps1 back in the day, thiis will please anyone who enjoyed Spyro's adventures and new players alike, it's a bargain for the price!

This collection of the first three Spyro games has been remastered. Toys for Bob did wonderful job with the music and graphics. The games are fun to play and worth the time investment.

Been having a blast, almost done with the game. I highly recommend it. If you played it back in ps1 and ps2 then pick this up. Graphics and gameplay are 100 times better.

All of the original PS1 games have been remastered. Just like it says, all scaled up. Graphics, sounds, controls. It even has option the play either the original or the new music.

I highly recommend this. Toys for Bob did an outstanding job. They look like completely different games with the new graphics. As great as the originals are, no longer to the dragons look generic like in the originals. They each have their own appearances and character that fit the home world they are in. The Peace Keepers worlds also don’t look so bland anymore. They actually look like deserts. Also, there’s a tad more challenge to the game. The characters move slightly differently and that changes the challenges ever so slightly, and I like it.

I played the original games when they were first released for Playstation. This set brings back all the nostalgia of playing these games, but even better graphics. Love it!

This revamp of a true classic, one of my favorite game series, is spot on. The sw team managed to not mess with anything in the original game, taking everything and making it beautifully rendered. Additionally, the game mechanics (control, polygon clipping / handling of edge detection-intersection) is very well done. The dragons are all designed/rendered very well and follow the original designers intent for their look, etc PLEASE continue on and create NEW Spyro follow-on games with your team !

All 3 games were rebuilt from the ground up. The care and attention put into these games is evident and it was very enjoyable playing through them again after so many years.

I was extremely excited for the Spyro remaster as soon as it was confirmed. I grew up playing all 3 games, so I was pumped when I heard about this. It faithfully recreates all 3 games, and with some huge improvements I didn't even realize were needed until recently when I went back to try and play the old games on my PS1. The only real issue is the download for the physical copy, but it wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be. Well worth the price, especially considering you get all 3 games!

Playing the Spyro Trilogy is like reliving my childhood. It's a new modern version to an old classic. Graphics are beautiful, and the game play is just like the original.

I played the original for PS1 and loved this game. The PS4 version has much better graphics and so far has been good. Overall I love playing this game, its lots of fun!

I used to play this game when I was a young girl. I had the original 3 games that all came in separate disks for my original PlayStation. When I saw they had an updated version I immediately had to give it a shot! I love it so much, it brings me back to when I was younger! I also love comparing what is different & upgraded from the originals.
