Best way to bring a washer and dryer together

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The stackable washer and dryer are a good size - cannot use yet until the washer and dryer are connected with the stackable connecting set. They were connected on Saturday by the driver. After they left I did a wash and washer was on a SPIN CYCLE, the brackets pulled away loosening the dryer on top - I had to turn everything off as the dryer on top was being moved off from the washer. Best Buy is sending one of their guys to redo - let's see what happens, I hope this bracket set is strong enough for this set - looking forward to do my wash at home as soon as possible!
