    This stacking kit is very different to the other ones I had seen, it was installed by the geek squad people and it worked perfectly. A little overpriced since it's basically just two metal pieces, but it worked perfectly when installed.

    must have if you are stacking the units- delivery team will install and stack for you or super easy to do yourself too so long as you have someone to help you lift the dryer up on top of washer

    I purchased a stacking kit in addition to the washer and dryer. I love the stack feature. We now have more floor space in our basement. The washer and dryer work fantastic. Very little noise during the high spin cycle.

    Our last dryer fell off our washer because it was shaking so bad, so I am always wary of that happening again our dryer is now securely on top of our washer, and I am very eh confident it will stay.

    This is a stacking kit. Nothing glamorous, but much needed if you want to stack the washer and dryer. Guys came and did their thing in installing and stacking. Looks good, works. What more can be said about a stacking kit?

    Make sure you choose thee right size for your machines. If you do, it holds the dryer securely on top of the washer. I was concerned about the stick on rather than screw on mounting, but over a year later and it is still securely mounted.

    The kit allows you to stack front loading LG Washers and Dryers and does not drastically alter the overall height of the two units together. A must for anyone replacing a all in one washer and dryer or putting your units in a small space.

    I was glad I had the installers put this in, because they looked a bit fussy to install. They installed the parts and showed me how to take them apart. These appear to attach relatively permanently to the washer.
