Need to replace previous front load washer where the main tub bearing failed. Reliability rating steered me towards LGs products. As mentioned in my review of the LG WM3700HVA washer and the LG DLEX3700V dryer, we plan to stack the washer and dryer when we update our laundry room. As we haven't stacked our washer and dryer yet, I can't speak to the overall suitability of this kit, but I can say the installation instructions appear simple and the quality of the kit seems typical of LGs high standards.

This washer and dryer combo fits perfectly as a stacked pair in our laundry nook. The washer gets clothes clean, but I don't like that I have to dry the small puddle of water left on the rubber seal, and then leave the door wide open to completely dry everything. If you don't, there is a strange smell from the seal. They sit right next to our garage door, so we have to close the washer door in order to access the garage door, which is inconvenient. I also wish I had thought of the fact that I have to bend down, and even get on my knees sometimes, to get all the clothes out of the dryer. For anyone who might be concerned with this, I would recommend getting them on pedestals rather than stacking them. We might end up doing this, even though the area is tight for them to be side by side.

I was able to stack my LG washer and dryer easily with this kit! It is secure and very well made.

Brackets have great fit and finish, they are secure and hold dryer effectively, underside has some foam pads on the front to prevent noise/vibration

I purchased an LG Stacking Kit which I had second thoughts about because I just didn't think this type of kit would hold a dryer that is placed on top of washer. I was afraid the dryer would go flying. Boy was I wrong, When I used my dryer it didn't move to my amazement. Thanks to Best Buy and their technicians for their recommendations of this product. Now I have more room in my kitchen with the dryer on top of the washer instead of side by side,
