Customers frequently mention the Stadia Premiere Edition's controller and ease of use as significant strengths, with many praising its comfortable design and straightforward setup. Positive feedback also highlights the performance and smooth gameplay, although some users note limitations in game selection. While some users experienced occasional lag, many reported a lag-free experience, particularly when using a wired connection. The included Chromecast was also a popular feature.

The remote is great ... I was worried, being a lifelong Xbox user since the original, but I got used to this rather quickly and I preferred it over the generic Xbox controller. The rest ... is a huge pain. I wanted 4K and had to configure my mash network, spent much time with customer service and still got very inconsistent graphics despite being on 100 mbps Broadband. I cannot say that, with the limited game availability and high broadband need, it is something worth the time and money.

Cloud gaming is definitely the future. Will Stadia become the ubiquitous platform for it? Not sure, but this functions incredibly well. Got Baldur's Gate III early access, and have gotten some severe mileage out of it. It's a bit of a hassle when you take this controller outside of your network, but overall it's pretty great.

It works like a dream. I have pretty much no issues ever, hours of The Division 2, Borderlands 3, and Immortals at 4K 60FPS without it dropping a frame. I detect no input lag and it feels no different from having a console in the room. Welcome to the future.

I really like the concept and the controller feels premium. personally I can't commit to the gaming platform just yet due mostly in part to the immersion breaking inconsistencies of a streaming game.

Plug it in set it up and your off to the word of gaming. The gaming quality is good if you have internet that gives you the speed u need best part u can start to play on your TV and continue to play on your tablet, pc, or even your phone without losing your place. The controller feels great the quality is top tier.

Its odd. I dont really know how to place this device as any kind of a need. Its a great backup for certain games, such as Destiny (i wouldnt play pvp with it). It lands somewhere in between consoles, and handheld. The game qualities are good, but you need a very strong 5ghz wi-fi connection to even take this thing wireless, otherwise it must be hardwired. My speeds sit somewhere around 300+mbps, and wireless struggled. Some neat indie titles, great classic remixes in bomberman and pac-man multiplayer titles. The ability to launch on your phone and sync any bluetooth controller (such as a ps4 or xbone) is nice and adds some familiarity to the platform.

Lags a tiny bit, but overall is pretty great. Been playing PUBG on it and it works near flawlessly. Winner winner chicken dinner. Only thing is the 10 bucks a month.

Stadia is not bad. people give this thing a ton of hell but it is largely not warranted. The controller is wonderful and depending on the smart tv having a CCU will help you stream HBO MAXX like I do, it also provides a nice spot to connect your controller when you are on the move!

Really happy with this bundle overall. $50 chromecast ultra (stadia doesn't work on my chromecast with live tv), $30 worth of stadia pro, and a $70 stadia controller for $100 is a great value. chromecast is an upgrade over older gen chromecast, and the controller feels very sturdy.

Please only get it on sale. Even if you do plan on getting a full stadia pro membership, a fine controller and sort of out of date chromecast is not worth $99.99. As an alternative to a console, it is fine ONLY if you are okay with no guarantee of keeping your games for a long time and have a consistent internet speed of at least 30mbps or better for guaranteed play on the lowest settings. I personally bought it to get a controller and chromecast for $60 all together.

Was hesitant to get it because they didn’t have Apple support, but now that they do I can play some games everywhere. I hope their game library improves. Amazon is hot on their trail.

Tremendous value for a high quality gaming platform. The chromecast is worth the price by itself. With solid wifi, gaming is fast with high quality graphics. Shame to need to pay a subscription to game in 4k.

This is a seriously cool product. No download times, so all you're waiting for is the loading screens. No subscription required, but if you get it, you get a boatload of games immediately ready to play. The controller feels a bit on the cheaper side, but it's solid and responsive. I highly recommend trying it out. Especially if you don't want to shell out $500 for a new-generation console
