Great job hauling away. Came on time and was able to haul away my large projection tv with no issues.

Easy peasy. Came in and took it out with no issues.

Best Buy's 3rd party service provider, FGO Logistics, was a no show for the scheduled appointment. Dealing with Best Buy customer service in the aftermath who couldn't do anything to resolve the situation timely to meet my needs made the situation even much more rage inducing.

Excellent, guys were caring not to damage anything removing appliances.

The movers were very quick, needed no help on my end AND hauled away my old fridge and freezer for me.

The guys were on time and had out old tv gone within 5 minutes!!

Really bad installation team. I ordered the refrigerator and was looking forward to it being an upgrade. The refrigerator is awesome and I recommend buying it - just don’t have Best Buy install it Find two people off the street and they will do a better job. Very rude and inconsiderate and didn’t even hook it up. Had to have another company come out to do what they were supposed to do Incredibly frustrating!!

The option for haulaway was not visible when I placed my order so I called in to have it updated. They never told me a price so I figured it was the standard $50 that it usually is. I got my bill and was charged $200 to haul it away when I can do it personally for $25.

I don't know how 2 guys got a 325 pound console TV out in two minutes, but they did, and didn't damage anything in the process.

Delivery service was outstanding, not any easy location to place a large chest freezer. Nicely done.

Pickup crew refused to take more than one item because their truck was full of items ro be delivered and they had no room. I paid for haulaway of 2 large items plus any number of small items, and I got ripped off.

I was home all day. From 7 to 7! NOBODY SHOWED UP. THIS IS THE 4th TOTALLY MISSED APPOINTMENT. TOMORROW FIRST THING WHEN THE STORE OPEND I'LL BE THERE TO COMPLETELY CANCEL THIS ORDER AND INSIST ON A FULL REFUND TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!!
