The only thing is that he did not configure some of the control functions, they were repeated and I would have preferred that he had programmed different functions on the buttons.

Geek Squad quickly installed my radio!

He went above and beyond to fix all the mistakes that everyone made before him. Then the manager also came to help me as well. They truly made a really bad situation a little better. The rest of best buy can literally rot.

Outstanding Service

Upon completion of the installation, the technician demonstrated the functions of the unit and allowed me to ask questions. I told him I didn't have any questions at this time, but most likely I would later and he encouraged me to return if I needed any help with the unit. Very professional and caring technicians!
