The installer was super nice and made sure everything was hooked up perfect.

No one is perfect. They did a real good job. My car doors looked just as good after the speaker installation as it did before the work.

The guy who installed my speakers actually fixed my door handle as well!!!! It was estimated for a 1 hr 30 minute job, and I was out in about 45 minutes! And everything was better than when I gave him the key!! Recommend their install team 100%

I’ve had an amp and sub put in 5 vehicles over the years at Best Buy and every time they do a great job. The installs are neat, with all wires hidden well and I’ve never had any issues with functionality. Also the price they charge for installs is among the lowest anywhere. I will never let anyone else touch my vehicles, except Best Buy. I also love the lifetime warranty on their work.

Purchased a pair of rear speakers for my Silverado. I was then unable to schedule the installation for three weeks because they were busy. When they attempted to install the speakers, they didn't work any better than the old speakers. Perhaps a problem with the amplifier or some loose wiring somewhere that they couldn't find. Normally would have been able to return the speakers, but they have a 15 day return policy. So even though I took the first available installation date after purchase, I was not able to return the speakers and now have spent $150 total for speakers installation and wiring harnesses that I can't return.

In trying to refurbish a used ‘03 Mustang GT, I’m really happy with Geek Squad service. The car’s original Mach460 sound system had been corrupted by after market installation of new speakers and a single-din Sony receiver. When the car came to me, none of the four door speakers worked and the remaining sound was horrible. Given that the Mach system cross-wired 8-ohm woofers, I pulled a whole set of OEM speakers from a salvage yard. Geek Squad used those to restore full 8-speaker sound, enhanced by a new Pioneer double-din wireless CarPlay receiver. Happy that Geek Squad listened to my needs and delivered what I wanted!

Had a head unit, steering wheel controls and four speakers installed. Would have been mega expensive but they have promotions running most of the time if you ask. After rebates all of the install was a total of like $65 which was a steal. They did great. All accessories and steering wheel controls are super over priced. Have them price match Amazon or order it yourself if they will not and they will install (steering wheel controls and if you need a head unit wire harness). This is same pricing model as old radio shack stuff, main components are ok or great price, accessories are highway robbery. Installers at Huntsville, Alabama store were top notch professionals in every way!

Had 2 front door speakers installed and job was done very quickly and extremely professional job. Was notified that old speakers were no good due to rusted terminals during a radio install (I knew they weren't working but didn't know why). I picked out new speakers and they had them installed I no time at all. Very happy customer.
