    First we were told the tech could install the speakers in my sons bmw and then all of a sudden nope and when one of the speakers stopped working by son was told the factory radio was bad but the speakers worked prior to getting new speakers installed

    Geek squad messed up my car.

    I had Best Buy install 6x9 speakers in rear deck of brand new car. Now I have vibrations in the deck area. And they broke the clips to interior trim moulding. The trim does not sit correct anymore.

    My appointment was canceled because the installer didn’t show up for work, and I was told I would have to wait two weeks for another appointment. Customer service was trash!

    The speakers have a irritating distortion and make a loud buzzing noise while I drive!! I am completely unsatisfied with this install that was done at Best Buy on palm beach lakes fl by Jason!

    Now I get to deal with the carpet kicking out on the door sill trim piece. I love having to keep putting the carpet back under the door sill trim piece

    Speakers we’re spendy and were installed incorrectly I’ve came back a few times but got nothing taken care of very disappointed

    install was not done and left there 4 days had to bring back still not right spent a lot of money and have 2 amps all new speakers 6000 watts amps very poor install my alarm is messed up now and etc etc

    I have to go 70 miles away to have my speakers installed, that's not right. I was going to but a radio to, but not i can't afford iy.

    Well very disappointed they fried two stereos by booking them to wrong harness and speaker wire crumminess job very not happy with that department think they need more than six months training

    Wiring was done incorrectly and they had broken multiple retaining clips and multiple pieces of interior were left popping out.

    They cancelled installation without providing reason. Had to go to store twice and make numerous calls to rectify. Seems like they understaff and overschedule their service department.

    I ordered the Best Buy products and was told afterwards that it would take 8 weeks before they could install them. That is way too long. Next time, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else.
