As I read the other ratings I'm sorry to hear about your experience. This was my first system and turned out to be great. Had fabulous service. Gave them time to do everything right. Even got a good deal. Will be going back next week to install a system in my other car.

Daniel kicked butt on my installation and did a really tight job on my brand new Tahoe and you can’t beat the price on the total tech package. Highly recommend Daniel at the Anderson location

Had Memphis Audio speakers installed. Installer did his thing! Haven’t had any problems and the customer service was top notch. I would recommend using Best Buy for your installation needs.

Summary: I'm content with the quality of the (physical) service, but customer service was nonexistent. I waited an inordinate amount of time (5 hours) for a service that should have taken at max 2.
I arrived 15 minutes early and two other cars were being worked on ahead of mine. There was one employee working the entire day, which seems like a serious staffing problem given these appointments are booked well in advance. I sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hours and was never updated once, except when I had to stand at the service window and wait for the employee to acknowledge me, to be told "a few more minutes". Nearly 40 minutes later it was finished and I received a half-hearted apology. Given I had to book 3 weeks prior, pre-paid for the service, and bought my speakers from Best Buy, I'd expect better (some, at all) customer service. If I wanted to spend 5 hours installing speakers in my car, I would have tried it myself, with the lights off.
Thank you for sharing your recent car audio installation experience with us. New speakers are certainly something to be excited about, but we realize time is precious, and waiting for a lengthy job to be completed is never the way anyone wants to spend their time. I am glad to hear everything is working as intended, and hopefully you will give us another opportunity to work with you again in the future.

much improved after-market speakers in front of dash as well as the roll-bar. Installed polyfill in rear of speaker enclosures to help in low end response.

Went online and schedule rear speaker install for my 2012 camaro, 1 week in advance. Appointment was at 1215. Said will take about 2 hours. So that's how I planed my day. He called at 145 to tell me if I was sure I wanted to install the speakers I left them. Tried to sell me more expensive ones. Then tells me that he has to modify the speakers because there mounted in a plastic cover. He needed to cut them out. Did not check what my car needed prior to working on it a week in advance. I go back up at 300 still not done. Had to leave pick my son up at daycare went back home finally called me at 500. Seriously 5 hour for 2 speaker install. Ripped my factorie speakers into pieces. Did not give me my covers back. Gave me 30.00 off. Never again will I go back to that store. 6x9 kenwood 4.5 out of 5 stars 1200 people rated by the way. Very poor knowledge of cars, time.
It’s disappointing to hear about the poor experience you had with your speaker install service. While every car can present their own unique challenges to our installers that may result in a job taking longer than expected or additional parts, it certainly sounds like we could have done a better job in your case. No warning of highly overpriced service

Purchased a car stereo and two sets of speakers for my sons car. Was told the installation was included. When my son got to Best Buy for the installation they told him the speaker installation was $150, which was much more than the speakers themselves. This price is ridiculous to begin with, but to tell me it is included at the time of purchase and then try to bill me during the stereo installation is just wrong. The manager I spoke with told me that the salesperson I dealt with was one of their best. If that is the case I would hate to deal with any of their other sales people.

My son was 15 minutes late to his appointment. They canceled it, which was fine. We signed off to get is speakers and went on. I called Greek squad 7 days later about my installation fee being returned. All I got a bunch of crap of why I can’t get my installation fee back. I’m not understanding because they did not install it. I have never had issues before. Bad Customer service. They should put Greek squad back into stores.
