Just an FYI if you plan to install more than two speaks, it's 65 bucks for every 2 speakers you want to install. It should be 65 for 4 speakers and then an add on price for any additional speakers.

When I call to speak to the branch store stereo instsller, I always get redirected to a call center. The call center is very annoying. It is out of country and very hard to understand the costumer care reps because of their extremely strong accents.

I made an appt online to have front and rear speakers installed. I drove 45 minutes to the store that was supposed to have an open appt, but an hour later, the tech hadn't started on my car. He quoted me 45 minutes longer than the online reservation quoted, then didn't warn me that he wasn't going to start on time. I don't really blame him - he was hard at work on another job and was the only one working.
Still, this is 2.5 hours of my time lost for nothing.

Purchased the install package for $64.99 on our purchase of a four (4) speaker package. FYI the install charge is only for two (2) speakers not our complete purchase of the four units? only to find out upon scheduling the service. So now install becomes $140.00 disappointed. Now attempting to cancel and having much issue have been disconnected three times with Geek Squad

Had speakers installed on 3 different occasions and all 3 times they was blown out. Wasted money smh. Guess i’ll have em to disconnect them and go back to OEM. Just bad

If you change your mind you're out of luck. I have tried on three different occasions to cancel service, been transferred about and now spoke to ten people on Bestbuy, Geek Squad, online Chat, The last person stated that not cancellable because he could figure a way "for the system" to cancel a "digital download".

Driver side speaker continues not to function after twice being at Best Buy for them to fix it. Not sure if it’s the speaker or technicians that are faulty.
