I’m upgrade the speaker to my car a little more loud good job I’m happy !! Ready for summer time !

This was a speaker install for my son's car. It was done as promised and the technician took the time to instruct my son on his new stereo operation. A piece that I ordered for the speaker install was the wrong part, but the technician was undaunted. He found the correct part, installed it, and worked out the bill and credit for us in a professional manner. He was very helpful.

The techs did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and an accurate estimate of how long it was going to take. There is some more work that I have to do to complete the audio upgrade in my vehicle and they gave me good recommendations on what I need.

The agents were very helpful and informative. They installed my car speakers and helped EQ my head unit.

The technician installed front and rear speakers, did a great job, and was done an hour sooner than estimated. Will definitely use Best Buy again for any audio installs.

Job was done neatly and everything was put back together fine. It would be five stars except that the installer did not have me on his schedule. Not his fault, really. After a little back and forth we found it in their system. Also, he was the only guy there in a 4 bay garage. That means he had to do everything from answer phones to taking payments from customers, etc. There should have been at least one more person in there with him to help.

The installer was honest and Up front with the work that he was about perform and save me quite a bit of money. At the same time, recommend your service.

Took a while but did a pretty good job. Maybe he hasn’t done a Camaro before not sure but he figured it out. I think he said because we had something but I forgot what

Very knowledgeable service tech and very willing to talk with you and answer any questions you have and explain in detail what and how they are going to do your job. As a person that has always done things myself and now can't, I really appreciate this! Never had a problem with anything they have done. My speakers work great and no problems.

Will has put car stereos in 8+ cars of mine over the last 12+ years. I won’t go anywhere else

My installer Jeff at the Ocoee store is awesome! He has been doing every single one of my cars. Would definitely recommend him and I'm sure the other stores' installers. One big plus about Best Buy install is that if receipts are kept they remove everything back to stock free of charge down the road! Definitely one of the reasons why I keep coming back!

Had to have the radio speakers replaced in my Tahoe the stock ones went bad as I have been told they only last about five years but mine made it six. Tried Best Buy first for replacement and they new of the problem with GM speakers. They gave me a good price and could install them the next day so I said yes and am very happy with the price and service.

The agent was extremely careful with my car and installation was done and I am extremely pleased with the way he installed sub woofer and his explanation of install. Would use and recommend him again and again. Very professional, informative and does excellent work.

Jeff was my technician at the Merrillville store. He was unbelievable knowledgeable and did one hell of a job with the installation. Never over sold me on products and was honest and upfront with everything. Highly recommend him for any car installation needs you may have.......

The tech Adil was awesome. Workmanship is superb. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different speakers and options and made sure the finished install was to my liking. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.

I bought these pioneer speakers for my 2003 Chevy Cavalier and they're perfect for the car. These speakers have a good sound and make a huge difference compared to the old speakers. I had the speakers installed by Best Buy and they did a good job. The tech that installed my speakers recommended the speakers I bought.

Mike and his associate at the Lawrence, KS store are great to work with. I communicated with Mike via phone and e-mail in a no hassle casual way. We discussed my needs and Mike was honest about his recommendations. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly in a courteous way. Highly recommend these guys.
