I wanted to add a navigation system to my car - but didn't want to pay the huge cost for a factory install. I found a system that worked for my car - took it to Chris at Best Buy for INstallation (Best Buy on S76th In Greenfield) and like the speakers he installed previously - he did exceptional work. Couldn't be happier!

Great guys and fast installation. They took care of my 95 Lexus SC400 although we had disconnected the brakes and were drifting and there was a live wire from the battery from the previous owners system. Thanks guys and those issues have been rectified

I purchased new rear speakers for my car and had them installed through Best Buy later in the week. Dropped my car off earlier than my scheduled time and they began working on it right away. Speakers were installed in a very timely manner and they sound great. Technician was very kind and accommodating.

I am not an auto mechanic, so I would not know how to begin a new speaker install. The geek squad knows all the tricks. They had the old ones removed, the new ones installed and the inner door panels closed up like they had never been in there. Rather amazing. I was pleased, of course, but agog at the geeks efficiency. Great job!

I have been around car audio since I was in high school probably even before that and many in this industry are not really on the up and up. With that said, I have to say Justin is awesome, not only does he know what he is doing, but he is exceptionally thorough about his work. Again, I would highly recommend him

Very satisfied with the quality and professional manner in which they were installed. Very neat work and sounds excellent. My ONLY complaint is, I wish they'd been more informative with an estimated time of completion. It took nearly 3-4 hours with me having absolutely No Idea if I should hang around, stay close by...Or go home and wait to hear from them.

I have used the automotive install department in Countryside many times in the past and they never disappoint. This time for front door speakers. Quality work, very helpful in suggesting options to make purchased items work better in vehicles being installed. I will continue to be a customer.

Installation was professional and really not much to complain about. My only suggestion is for the guys to just take the extra step when they remove the plastic covers that hide the speakers to wipe down the door panel behind it. Sure it is mostly hidden but when it was removed I saw it was dirty from day to day use and should have been simply wiped down. Just that extra step goes a long way for the customer and attention to detail.

Had the guys at Best Buy install a new stereo and 4 speakers. The work was excellently done and didn't take to long. Ben and Greg made the whole experience a pleasure. Because of them I have decided to do more upgrades to my sound system. I look forward to working with them in the future.

As I stated in another review, I bought a new car and wanted my previous cars system in my new car. My only mistake was not removing my door speakers from my old car before I sold it to the dealer. These were the same speakers I had previously, so I knew sound quality would be good...and they have not disappointed me.

My car speakers went out and I consulted with several "specialists" to get new ones. It was ONLY the Geek Squad that cared enough to match the speakers to the existing stereo system I had. It works perfectly and I am grateful that they made sure I had the correct Ohms, watts and that my speakers were 3 way and not 4.

The man who did my installation was all alone, and apparently encountered a snag or two. This is to be expected. After all was said and done, my system along with the new power boost. sounded great! However I did have to return to have a couple things re-connected. The door lock on the drivers side and the auto up/down on the drivers side window. It was fixed without a hitch and in no time at all. I'm happy with the installation.

The speakers that came with my vehicle went out. I’m glad I chose geek squad to instal my new speakers. They work so good and I have not had any issues. The geek squad installed it in a timely manner.

Wanted to upgrade car speakers on my Kia Rio. Bought online at another company that specializes in doing it yourself. Long story short, I didn't want to do it myself, so I checked with Best Buy Geek Squad. Andrew did a fantastic job and was done in less time the quoted. Clean install and they sound great. I am very pleased.

The gentleman at the Macedonia Ohio Best Buy garage installed the speakers and Pioneer head unit I purchased at the Best Buy location and he did so in a short period of time and was very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail including the steering wheel mounted interfaces
