Great installation! Very knowledgeable and fast!!!

Shane at BB in Hagerstown MD is absolutely awesome. I looked around at other shops to install my speakers but he was the only person who listened. The second time he has done work for me. He is the best.

Probably a simple job but this was a gift for another person so I had them installed as the other pair was crackly, blown, or just simply worn out with possible water damage. New pair sounds great with a nice sound coming in from the new pair for rock & classical music!!

I bought the total Tech package planning on using it multiple times for multiple projects but this was the first test run speakers were installed appointment time was kept everything smooth and good so far..

He explained every little detail perfectly and installed a sm 4 ch amplifier & 4 speakers in my 2013 gmc ext cab truck perfect. No rattles, vibrations or issues. He, Dell, walked me thru every aspect of the work he performed. I couldn't be happier!! 5 *****!!

I don't recall the installers name but he was very thorough and explained every step he needed to take to install a complete sound system in a 1985 pickup truck. I didn't have any cash or I would have tipped him. I'm very pleased with his car stereo knowledge.

I had alpine speakers installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. Best Buy and the geek squad was very accommodating even during this COVID-19 pandemic. Will purchase and use a geek squad for my future hi fidelity purchases.

Had to have tweeters replaced on 2007 tacoma. Purchased at different location and Best Buy installed. No issues and everything was put back so that you could not tell any work was done.

I am very pleased with the installation, best buy has quality workers that did a great job install my head unit and speakers. Even on a 20 year old car, they made sure to be careful and everything went smoothly. They even cleaned up afterwards! I will never think twice about having them install something else for me in the future.

My installer, Hector, did a fantastic job. He installed an In-dash video stereo, 2 pairs of speakers and rear view camera. All in less than 5 hours. He also took the time to explain how to use the items since I was new to many of the functions of stereo and camera. He deserves a raise.

Installation of the speakers required removing and cutting out an opening in both rear door panels. This was done with such precision that it looks just like they came this way from the factory. Always the highest quality work from the car audio shop in Fredericksburg, VA!
