I dropped off my keys and was told that they would call me in about 1 hour. An hour later, almost to the minute, they called and my car was ready. The inside of my car was as clean as it was when I gave it to them. Nice work.

Excellent experience. the installation was done in a timely manner and in a very professional manner. No issue with the installation you could not tell that anything was done. As they cleaned up after themselves and no signs of any damage to the dash pannels. Again very clean...

All the speakers were installed quick and smooth a little adjustment was needed by the installer but it was done to help keep the solid look of the car without any alteration everything runs so smoothly and no issues absolute top-tier insulation

Best buy did a great job of installing the speakers. The installer even called to keep me informed of how the installation was going. When he had a question and was not able to just fix the original problem he called and I went in to take the next step before he proceeded or he just canceled the install. Great customer service.

Best Buy associate suggested product within my budget. I arranged for install the next day. There were tons of available times. I planned to do some work in the 3 hour time frame that was given but no WiFi for customers? Crazy! I walked to Starbucks. Best Buy installer was polite and fast. I was called about an hour later. The car was ready. The sound is MUCH better. 5 stars for employees, -1 for no wifi from a technology store

I was incredibly impressed with the team that did the installation of my new stereo and speakers in my vehicle. They were fast, thorough, friendly and the end results say it all! Love the upgrade. This team outshined any experience I have had with the local Stereo Shop's.

Installers were professional, install was great and they also addressed some other requests pertains to the car dashboard. My only gripe is that I had to drive to a store nearly one hour away, when there are BB 10 min from home.

The installation on this stereo was perfect. I would definitely use this best on Colonial again for a stereo install in my car. They are very nice are quick to install and keep you informed. The look is fabulous and you can't tell they installed anything in you car. Clean install no wires can be seen.

Troy at the Rockwall,TX location is 100% on point. He listened to what I wanted and installed exactly as I wished. Gave me recommendations for specific parts that would make the install better overall, cost was minimal. All my cars will go back there. I had two systems in two cars done there.

Bestbuy did a great job on the install, Speakers are clear and crisp, No mess in factory locations. Can't go wrong.

Speaker instal turned out fantastic, Cory at the Branson, MO location got everything installed exactly how I wanted it. Cory took time to help me get all the parts and pieces together to make if all work, and works it does, well!

Installation cost is for two speakers. So if you bought 4 6*9 then you will need to double the price. Which that was more clearly stated prior to install, I would have done it myself disregarding my vehicle warranty that's left. But the guy was great clearly defined his work and what will be done.

The speakers sound great! The installation was professional and clean.
