They told me my speakers just have a wire issue and they repaired the wires and refund me the speakers that I bought, they took the time explain me how the stereo that connects with my iphone works, great service, fully recommend it

The installation was done in far less time than they quoted. The Installer took the time to re-balance my system with more going to the new speakers. What an Improvement, Thanks!

More than replaced my factory speakers for Chevy Silverado 1500 after they finally wore out. Best Buy helped to diagnose the issue after the factory speakers began failing intermittently in colder and wet weather. Got the new ones installed in under an hour.

The gentleman that installs car audio in at the Houma, LA location (Haylen, I believe his name is) is extremely friendly and professional. Changed 4 door speakers on my suburban in less than 20 mins and they all work perfectly.

Purchased 2 sets of kicker 6.5 inch speakers for my car. Installer did not use included grills for that upgraded look nor did he return them to me. Not sure where they went but definitely weren’t put in my car

I decided not to install my replacement speakers in a 2007 Civic and went with the installation services at Best Buy. I was able to pick out my new speakers and get them installed in about an hour. The price was fair too! And the installation was perfect.
