Chase Merck helped me acquire all the parts quickly and effeciently while Jacob Collier did the installation!! Excellent Job!!! From both of them! They both really made it easy! Huge Thanks! My system is Boss Chief, thanks to them!!

Everything was clean and tidy! I was half expecting fingerprints or smudges somewhere but I didn't find any! He let me play with the system a while and made sure I didn't leave with unanswered questions. Hands down, seriously great technicians!

I had front speakers installed replacing a pair of blown speakers. Install was quick and everything worked and fit right. All panels where put back exactly as found.

We arrived early and were greeted with smiling faces. They had just finished the previous customers and could work on my car immediately. Also answered a few questions I had. No issues with the install so far!

They installed my speakers in record time and they sound great!

The guy (Will) who installed my audio system did a fantastic job. If anything was off, he would go around his work more than once to make absolutely sure it wasn't something he did wrong before blaming the equipment.

The sound of the speakers started off exceptionally well. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue after a couple of weeks usage. Not sure if the problem is the speaker (front driver's) or a deficiency elsewhere... operates intermittently. The technicians communication during installation was exceptional though.

They were able to get everything installed and wired up. Everything looks and sounds great.

My application was considerably difficult. To top it off I changed my mind and bought an upgraded head unit. They didn’t have all the answers but the My were patient and pursued them. I respect an idk but let me find out way more than an “oh yeah that blah blah” but guy doesn’t know.

I'm a returning customer. Purchased Sirius xm radio and speakers to be installed in my car. No hassle, took less then 2 hours to install. Everything looks and sounds great. Would definitely recommend

My speaker installation session was very fast and efficient. The installation tech was very knowledgeable and up front about all costs that would be associated with this purchase. There were no "hidden" costs. I was very pleased with his professional courtesy and efficiency.

The installation was done expertly. I have an older car and couldn't believe that the door panels were remove and reinstalled with no damage. Can't tell that the speakers were replaces other then the sound quality.

The tech was pretty knowledgeable and understood my requirement and worked it accordingly. Finishing was like factory install. Would recommend getting an appointment with all necessary gears so that it will be fast and easy

This was the worst experience I have had with any stereo installation establishment. I have an intoxilock hooked up in my car and had no problem with the car battery at all. After the install of my 1rst another tech says my car battery will die if I had the car on without it running wich I never do so I figured it would be okay.in any manner it was the complete opposite the car battery started to die with the car running. The fuse under the hood melted that the hooked up. They also left hand prime all over my tan Interior during this install. I took the car back 3 times not one of the techs knew to much about what they were doing. One tech said it was all hooked up wrong from the previous tech and to come back in a month to have it rewit d. When I took it back he told me it was my amp he lied and said my amp wouldn’t turn off when I asked him to show me outside of the car the amp turned off fine. They wanted me to buy a new amp is what I got out of that. But when I proved that he was lying he just said oh put the amp back in and never retired the car like he was supposed to. So as I kept driving the car wired wrong it killed my car battery and that I turn wrecked my car actuator. Wich Best Buy needs to replace but I can’t get in touch with anyone about this they transfer me to 3 people no one can help me. My second to last visit in plover was another wreck. I took I it there to have it required like it was supposed to be a while back and the guy again said it was wired wrong goes and starts snatching fuses. This completely messed my intoxilock up and I had to have my car towed to have the problem they created fixed. Finally I dropped my car off today and the guy in plover name Issac was completly rude! Over the top I bought my car in at 12:30 like the text message reminded me to and he said he told me 10:30 I then told him I abided by what the message that was ent to me said. As the message of 12:30 should have been right. Not to mention I got a message this morning twice saying my appointment was cancled. I think he want led to get someone els in seeing instead of fixing their mistakes. I then ask him to be careful with keeping my car on while working on it because the last time I was with out my car for 4 days because of them ripping fuses. He said shoot like I’ll do my best. Not to mention I have to leave my car there over night this is ridiculous who is reimbursing me for my time the problems they created with my car my car being detailed? This is not okay and I will ask on this message that someone at Best Buy right this wrong. My account does not have the amp Install’s on it but they were installed in Madison as well nothing but problems ever since. Fix this Best Buy this is not okay at all.

he installed the speakers without a hitch and works great. He even explained that since my vehicle is a brand new model, if I wanted major things to let him know in advance so he could research. A very honest guy working at the bellevue bestbuy!
