The install was finished one hour earlier than expected . I was very pleased with the installation technician . He gave me excellent operational instructions for my pioneer car stero .

Good service provided. Quick install I had to drive to more than one store for installs because I got a stereo installed at one and Speakers at another due to appointments being booked up but I had a good experience with my speaker install.

David installed our speakers in record time. We had guests coming to our house and were not sure that it would be done in time, but not only was it in time, but with time to spare. The new speakers sound great!

Crisp and clear. I can actually turn it up. These speakers are way better than the factory speakers I had. Great listening pleasure, which makes my driving time completely enjoyable.

We had Geek Squad install these speakers in the front doors and back doors, They did a awesome job installing them and were very professional. I would have them do my jobs for me.

The team at Plymouth Meeting PA location called me to fit me in when a cancellation opened up there schedule. The Montgomeryville store had called all local stores and told them to call if they had a cancellation.

The service guys were very helpful and nice, the only reason I give 3 stars is because I think there is some work that still needs to be done. They installed new speakers in both the front doors of my car. The passenger side speaker sounds very clear and nice. The drivers side speaker sounds very muffled and bad, and the speaker rattles like crazy a lot, especially with bass. The speakers are brand new from Best Buy, so I don’t know why one would sound so good and the other not so good, and the rattling is driving me crazy. Hopefully Best Buy can reach out and offer to take a look and fix the rattling and soft speaker.

Install tech killed it. Exactly what I wanted. Very Knowledgeable.

The tech lead Scott was super knowledgeable because my truck required special equipment he knew exactly what to do and did it fast and correct. They are awesome I would happily recommend them to everyone I know.

Service was excellent and thorough and communication was also excellent.

My speaker installation was great. Took less than an hour. I was going to try and replace them myself. I only had to one speaker blown, but when I heard the price I had them to replace both speakers so they would be a like. Great service.

Erik was brilliant to customize my speakers installation to ensure they fit perfectly in my car. His expertise really made this job a reality for me & I appreciate his effort & attitude of “You’re important-I’m not giving up!”

The Geek Squad at the Best Buy in Evansville Ind has not returned yet. I have my speakers and everything purchased and ready for them. I need to schedule an appointment when you all are ready.

Great instillation for this order and for my other order for the sub Sam and his partner know EVERYTHING and are great at what they do.

Kenwood 3way speakers were great choice. Hated that I had to repay for an install I had bought the 2 way pioneers and hated the sound so returned them for kenwood and it was more of what I wanted just paid twice for install
