I was a bit weary of having an install done at best buy since it seems the auto department has been phased out at most locations. The install tech was very quick and nice, offered some decent services like having duramat insulation installed.

Wanted to replace factory speakers in my 2010 HHR. these were on sale, and had pretty good reviews. Sounds great, for the price, and the tech who installed them was super nice and did a great job, as well. Am planning to return my business there, when I upgrade my deck, soon.

Tech did their due diligence troubleshooting the issues. I appreciate what they had to do to solve the problem wben it comes to new vehicles and the technology involved with replacing parts. Its not as simple as it used to be.

Did a great job installing my speakers... I bought them over a year ago and just never took the time to do it myself. Way more convenient to have them do it while it was already getting the auto start installed

The techs at my Best Buy store in Beaumont CA are really knowledgeable about installing car stereos. They work really fast and get the instal done right.

I needed to replace the subwoofer on my Honda Pilot. Brad at the Mishawaka Best Buy was awesome. He helped re-order the parts I had ordered incorrectly and did a great job of installing. I can't say enough about how good he was.

The service technician was knowledgeable and able to install 3 of the 4 speakers in my car. One speaker was damaged and needs to be ordered. I will need to bring my car back for a second time to install the one speaker. This appointment has been scheduled.
