The installer at Pflugerville store was great discussed all options on my car stereo and amp install even replaced my back speakers in my mazda mx-5 very hard to do this gentleman is top notch.

I have used the (Geek Squad) several times to repair my PC under the warranty and had them perform a complete recovery also. The concern I have is this (I know more than you do) attitude with improper customer support that came across in talking to them about my concerns.

Just had the speakers installed in my truck and LOVE them. They sound great and the service at Best Buy can't be beat. Wonderful experience and product. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the market for speakers.

The boys at Best Buy did a great job on the installation of my system. Sound is AWESOME!!… They even installed a control knob for the Sub amp in a compartment that used to house the cassette player.

I can, without a doubt, recommend their installation service! Our guy, Dave I believe (dark hair, shaved, goatee) was AWESOME! Fast, efficient and very personable. If their sales floor staff was this good I'd shop their far more often!

These were not the speakers that I wanted to purchase but they were the only ones that would work due to the depth but they sound awesome and I am very happy and they done a very good job on the installation

Before I decided to go with Best Buy for my installation, I pondered of trying to install the speakers myself. After seeing how much work went into taking apart and putting back together my car, I'm glad I went with Best Buy.

Six audio speakers were installed in my truck. They quoted me several options and price points and did not try to upsell me or push my decision making process in one direction or the other. The speakers are awesome and I'm very happy I purchased from Best Buy. Great speakers, great price and great service.

Zane has walked me through installing a new stereo in my 1997 convertible. It wasn't easy...he patiently installed 3 different stereos until we go the perfect solutions! He is the best thing BestBuy has!!

My truck was worked on like the installer owned it. He told me what he needed to do, showed me how je was going to do it and later how everything worked. I cant remember his name but he better be there whenn i go back.
