I thought that Best Buy's Geek Squad who installed my speakers did an awesome job. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They were also extremely friendly and easy to deal with.

I made the leap into a 4K TV and am glad I did. It is awesome. TV still brand new so I can not speak to other than set up and first impression, but I am trusting the reviews of others.

They do not have allocated sales personnel for audio and car systems. I asked multiple reps for assistance and it took over 20 mins for someone to help me. Mind you they were not busy. I was the only one needing help in that department. Next, they did not have appointment slots coinciding with one another. One location had this time and another would look up availability and it was completely different. I could have purchased elsewhere but I did not spend time doing research and just went in picked one out and had them install it.

This is a powerful speaker. A nice addition to a quality system. I am from AZ so I like the copper center cone which is subtly noticeable through the door screen.
