This goes nothing against the person who did the installation. My issue was that I was told multiple times that the parts I needed would be in stock at the time of my appointment. An hour before my appointment, I get a phone call saying they don't have the parts in stock. I live an hour away, I left work early to make this appointment under the false pretenses that everything was going to be there as I had been assured. I had to drive to long radio and pay twice the price for what best buy was asking. I tried to buy the parts multiple times and was told not to worry about it because they'd be here on the day of my appointment. I won't do business like this again

The process was quick and the work was excellent. This was my third installation.

Took my vehicle in, dropped it off and was told I'd get a phone call when it was ready. Went exactly like that. Haven't had any issues with my product and had a pleasurable experience.

They fixed my speakers (that had gone out) and didnt try to upsell. Felt at home.
