I had the item delivered and once opened, it was defective. I tried to return it for a replacement and could not reorder because it was a Best Buy marketplace item from Staples. When I purchased the item I was not offered to buy geek squad protection. Did not know the Best Buy Marketplace did not offer any protection options. The purchase was a big disappointment and I wasn’t even aware of the difference in Best Buy’s marketplace reordering practices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
