We first (finally, after a number of delays, and a call to our card company) received our item. It was fine until we got to the last disc, which was cracked. This wasn't noticeable unless you turned the disc's over. On first inspection, it looked ok. The item was returned, and anew one worked fine, no scratches or cracks.
I read a lot of very negative reviews of this seller, after finding out it was not directly sold by Best Buy.
So, my experience ended up ok. However, I hindsight, be aware of third party sellers! Check them out before buying!
