I love this game despite a rough start, sure they had flaws and glitches but they keep improving with every update. If you are a Star Wars fan this game is a plus. I've played many hours and it's very good, great sound and graphics as well. I like the multiplayer experience but the campaign was bad. In any case for the selling price I wouldn't even think about it, just get it and have fun!!

This is now in it's current form a good game. The campaign so far is solid but sometimes rather boring. The multiplayer is the star as it is pretty fun and a visual spectacle. Splitscreen options are okay but the games economy still needs work. Overall as cheap as it is and the content that is coming I'd give it a go.

Fun game and improvement over previous version but with the microtransaction unlock system still being pushed, the future gameplay balance may take a turn for the worse.

Not in love with this game. The graphics are good but don't really care for the game. Should have rented it before I purchased.

Not perfect but it’s a fun game for Star Wars fans. Would give it 4 stars if more content was included vs having to add it on.

My son (13) has wanted this game since it first came out. It's his big Christmas present and is REALLY hoping he gets it. I can't wait to see his fave when he opens it.

Really like this game, especially after the update to limit the amount of microtransactions in the game. Really glad the developers listened to the community...for now.

Man, this had promise. I saw the initial reviews about the progression system being bad, and then waited for a price drop after a couple months. Well, the price drop came, but the advancement in the progression didn't. The game looks great, but once you get past the campaign, the multiplayer is all you have left. The load time between games is CRAZY! I shouldn't be waiting 2 minutes for a game to load and play online. If you want to have your favorite load out improved, well good luck. The unlocking of improved weapons is a gamble you won't win. The 40 hours to unlock a main character was talked about, and that is real. You actually have to be pretty good to get enough points to get the character unlocked. I have had the game not even give me credits after a game. That sucks. Fun to play, but not enjoyable to keep at it. I will update sometime later if a patch actually fixes the progression system.

Great game for any fan of Star Wars. This game puts you right in the action. Highly recommend it. I enjoy that they included a campaign to the game.

Great game, glad they added a single player campaign this time. So far the only negative for me is the ridiculously long load time to actually start playing the game.

great story mode but the game has been monetized heavily by ea. just play story mode and don't give in to buying any add ons

I love Star Wars and it’s doesnt play terrible as a game but it just wasn’t what I wanted as a Star Wars fan not to mention not a fan of pay to win but if you play with friends it can be fun and the story isn’t bad but wasn’t enough my honest review as it’s ok at best and that’s being nice one of my mains beefs is I can pick the era I wanna play in online or the map stuff like that etc you get my point

Gameplay - Great. The overall design of the game - Poor. If you love Star Wars, you'll like it. Otherwise, I'd avoid.

The game is pretty solid. Much better than the first Battlefront that came out 2 years ago. The campaign is nice as well. Definitely recommended!

There is a lot do in the game. so far i have only played the arcade mode. there is something for everyone. campaing, multiplayer, and arcade mode

This game got a lot of hate. But it’s still Star Wars, it’s fun, and The Last Jedi is coming up so might as well indulge.

Pros: Basically like the Battlefield games but with Star Wars. Various unlockable abilities/upgrades. Cons: Earning credits/crates at this point doesn't seem to do much except unlock cosmetics that I don't really care about. Depending on the mode you're playing and opponents skill, you can die pretty quickly. Some trophies are pretty hard / time consuming to get.

The maps are pretty decent and gameplay is pretty good however after playing for a week I think the first one is better.
