Game had a rough start at first but it's slowly getting better. EA is learning from its mistakes and is clearly working towards amending them. Game has a lot of other content/DLC coming in the near future. Despite that being said, the game is more than worth it if you get it when it's on sale rather than full price. Gameplay is smooth and beautiful. Great game for any Star Wars fans.

Gorgeous game. A lot of the look and feel of star wars but the really poorly constructed upgrade system ruins the game.

This was bought as a gift. As such, I have no firsthand insight on gameplay. However, I am aware of the biggest problem actual players have had with this title. Like many EA games this one is mired down with micro transactions, spending real money for in game perks, in a way that they're almost needed to progress in the game. A lot of the better and cooler parts of the game are locked behind this grab for more cash. One could play and earn some but online meet ups will be mostly one-sided if one is paired with one who spent the money up front to gain an edge. It takes away true competition and, well, fun when spending more money makes it the best way to play. Due to this flaw and the serious backlash from it there have been patches to add more for the original price of admission. This holiday season it also lead to the price being dropped to only $8! I would otherwise not buy this game myself or for anyone else but for that price one would be well justified to try it out. So I did. It is Star Wars after all and it is a nice premise.

I put quite a few hours into the previous game and had misgivings when i learned about the new box p2w system. While EA had disabled the purchase of online currency for now it creates an extremely long grind to unlock anything. I wish unlocks would go back to the old way so could have a sense of accomplishment after hours of play. With that said, once you get past that the mechanics are fun. The class system was a nice touch though i miss being able to customize my avatar.

Bought it to play online, it was entertaining and the campaign isnt bad.

Great game superb graphics and the Star Wars universe at your fingertips

Campaign is very short, multiplayer loading times are longer than other similar games. Unlocking weapons takes a very long time. Unlocking abilities is only able to be done through pack bought with in game currency or crafting points gained from packs or a small amount earned through achievements. It is still playable and fun. The graphics are really good and the game play is pretty good.

I was iffy on this game since it’s gotten so much bad press. The graphic are great and the gameplay is pretty good.

It's definitely a fun game to play. The online mode is awesome, but lacks some features that have been mastered by COD. The story is lacking a little so overall needs improvement, but because its Star Wars, it's still a lot of fun

I bought this game for my other Grandson, and he wanted it worse than anything else, so I purchased it for my other Grandson. He loves video games, and the way the other Grandson talked about it, I am sure he will love it as well.

I'm sorry to see the controversy surrounding this game, because it's truly a fantastic Star Wars game that doesn't deserve to be missed out on or tainted by a boycott. Give it a chance and you won't regret it. I haven't, anyway.

Single player is quite a bit fun, and the game is gorgeous to boot.

Fun PVP split screen play. My grandson and I have a lot of fun with this. Hopefully EA will keep their word and keep this game In-game purchase free.

Enjoyed the graphics. Control settings are good. Love the action.

This game is much better than the first Battlefront. But a broken loot system is plaguing it with controversy.

Fun game. It’s what the original battlefront should’ve been. Class system is definitely an upgrade. Give it a try if you want a Star Wars experience.

My husband works 12+ a day and rarely has time to keep up with his video games as far as buying them. One day when he was off he rented this game and loved it. He didnt see a reason to buy it since he works so much and doesnt have a lot of time to play games so as a little token of my appreciation my boys and I bought him this game for his bday. Now he can relax in peace and enjoy some video game time!!!

Great game, did not have time to finish it yet, but the graphics are fairly good, the game is lots of fun and can do multiplayer
