Though there were some initial issues with Battlefront 2, I have thoroughly enjoyed this game. I think it definitely surpasses the first one and it brings back fond memories that I had of the original two Battlefront games from PS2. The story is short but compelling. The Multiplayer is very fun and they greatly improved the offline play. I especially love playing heroes vs villains.

The single player campaign was a graphically beautiful and a fun to play campaign. The single player campaign only lasted around 10 hours, but it was a fun adventure. The arcade mode was fun, but without multi-player access, there was only so far I could go with this game.

The addition of a campaign to this sequel truly made the purchase for me. I've moved away from competitive gaming and enjoy more relaxing and linear experiences. Although not a huge fan of Star Wars in general, I was able to understand the story and follow its characters.

Got this game because we had the first one for the PS4. And also because let's face it it's Star Wars. Boys play more than I do. They have a lot more patience than I do. I'm still a side scrolling 2d kinda guy. Graphics are great. They few times I played was good but there's just so much to do and not enough time for this old man! Ok I am u see 50. Kids love it though.

I've only played this game a few times (total of maybe 10 hours) but have enjoyed it so far. The graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is smooth. I've played some multiplayer online and found that enjoyable as well! A lot of hours of fun in this game, I imagine!

A must have for Star Wars fans. Graphics and game play is excellent.

Fun game great graphics easy to learn good price most excellent time

I was very hesitant to purchase this game. Battlefront had really let me down and I wasn’t going to waste money on a sequel. A friend finally convinced me to buy it so I did. I was blown away. They added a campaign story that was phenomenal! The multiplayer is great too. Don’t listen to all that hate spouted about EA. They did an amazing job with this game.

I can’t speak for the online play, I’m a Star Wars fan and was interested in any story this might add to the Star Wars universe. It starts out great. Mechanics are solid and I like that you get to play as lots of Star Wars characters. The story is good up to a point. Unfortunately, since you play so many characters it’s hard to memorize their moves. The campaign really just works as a preview to their online mode. Without giving spoilers, it even tells you at the end of the campaign, “to continue the story, you need to play the multiplayer “. That’s my biggest gripe. They toss you powers and weapons you only get to use once, like an appetizer. So that you will be enticed to get online.

For all the hate this game has garnered; its still an improvement over the 1st. It’s something I wanted the 1st Battlefront to be. But because of questionable decisions it blemished those positives. Getting it at $39 is tolerable than the $60 price tag.

Having grown up devouring all things Star Wars this game captures that Star Wars fun. I really enjoyed the campaign and all the little touches just get Star Wars right. The blasters, lightsabers and everything sound just right. A fun gaming experience!
