hard to get working

Spent over and hour with customer service individual and it is still not fully functional. Most of the problem seems to be with the Origen system which seems to have an extremely detrimental rootkit. I had installed Battlefield 1 first and then the Battlefront II but it simply refused to download! There at still parts of it that refuse to run which again seems to be part of the Origin software rootkit. Unless you simply can't live w/o this game I would skip it.
