My kids who are tween and teen love this game as they are huge Star Wars fans. Graphics are great and the gameplay is solid. Only con is that more content could have been included.

The game is gorgeous and sounds amazing! Unfortunately, after the first 10 hours of play, there is not much to keep me coming back...

I'm a big Star Wars fan and couldn't put down Battlefront 2 when that came out for the PS2. This game keeps some of those classic Battlefront aspects but doesn't contain a campaign mode (to my knowledge) and seems to focus mostly on online multiplayer. While I understand that that is a big "yes!" To many gamers these days it is still nice to have the classic campaign mode where you can (in this case) set out to take over and rule the Galaxy. To me that's really the only big bother. For those that haven't played a Battlefront game, think of Call of Duty (minus campaign mode) and set it to the theme of Star Wars and you have Battelfront.

The graphics are insanely beautiful in this game. Never has Star Wars looked so good in a game. The gameplay is fun enough, but the game modes leave a lot to be desired. When you realize how little content there is in the game, you start to feel sad for purchasing the game. EA decided not to finish the game and tax players with a $50 season pass. Just wait a year when it's cheaper as a GOTY edition or whatever.

This is not the most hard core shooter like cod, but playing this game if like being in a star wars movie. Amazing graphics, sound, and feel. A must buy for any Star Wars fan!

Fun multiplayer and it's absolutely gorgeous, but the game is lacking in a lot of areas. Might be more filling when the dlc arrives.

EA has created a beautiful game, but falls flat on filling it as well as the old Battlefront 2. As beautiful as the game is, and as thematically pleasing the environment is, the game play lacks many features. From lack of story mode and galactic conquest, the game modes (plus free DLC coming out soon) are very linear and get repetitive over time. The major game modes Supremacy and walker assault are arguably the most popular, but suffer this problem very clearly after playing for a few hours. Overall great game, but EA fell short and this does not deserve to be a Battlefront 2 sequal. Think of it as a Battlefront 1 homage.

Battlefront is a fun game overall, but has some weak spots. Pros: Star Wars theme, ability to play as the heroes/villains, unique game modes. Cons: no campaign/story mode, can make a group of 8 but can only spawn on one of them, air battles aren't that great. I'd say the funnest mode is walker assault, where you either defend or attack AT-AT's along with maintaining uplinks. Heroes vs. Villains is also fun. The game play is pretty fast paced though, not really much strategy involved. I'd say they also did a pretty good job with the Star Wars theme. The sounds, voices and look of the game match up with the movies pretty well.

If your a fan of Star Wars you have to own this game. It's not perfect but it's the best one yet. I wish it had a campaign but all of the maps and graphics are beautiful.

i enjoyed playing this game with my friends. It's multiplayer only though. I wish they added a campaign or story mode to it. Nonetheless, it's an enjoyable game to play.

If you don't already know this game has minimal single player modes so if you are looking for a FPS Story mode game this is not it. If you love Star Wars and FPS/3rd Person shooters with awesome multiplayer, then this game will meet your tastes. People who play EVERY FPS may get bored of this quickly, but for someone like me who loves Star Wars and only plays a few FPS games for multiplayer this is great fun. Heroes vs Villains mode is great fun to play with the iconic characters (Boba Fett anyone?) and games like Supremacy and the new Turning Point mode DLC are fun and interesting variations of classic game modes. Did I mention Fighter Squad where you can dogfight in X-Wings and Tie Fighters!?! It's fantastic. With this foundation and a bunch of DLC coming, I don't see myself getting tired of this anytime soon.

Me and mine have def gotten into this game. We play against and with each other at least 4 nights a week. We then take turns playing multiplayer live and built up our player. Its beast! Great visuals and superb sound. Plus yo its Stars Wars! And the best Star Wars game I have played in 20 years!

This game wasn't all that I hoped it to be to be honest. Multiplayer mode is great and the graphics are very detailed. I am disappointed by the fact that there is not a story mode with this. It has mission modes but it feels more like a trainer. I do not regret my purchase but I wish it had a story mode as this would have been great. If it would have had a story mode I would have given it five stars.

If you like the original trilogy from the 70s and 80s, this game is great. The graphics and sound are very authentic to the movies and the different modes for battles give you the feeling that you are a part of several battles from the movies. Probably the best Star Wars game that I've played.

It's exciting to have a new Battlefront game, especially on the latest consoles. The graphics are amazing and a lot of attention to detail was made into the creation of the game. The negatives (and thus the knock of two stars) is the lack of a story mode (which previous Battlefront's excelled at) and the high cost of the DLC (especially when the game doesn't come with a story mode, it seems as though the game is very skimpy on content but they expect you to pay even MORE for the DLC?).

This game does get repititive, but the Star Wars geek in me just loves it. If you are a fan of the genre you will definitely enjoy at least parts of this game!

The graphics and sound are fantastic, and I've had a lot of fun playing the multiplayer modes. That being said, it's disappointing to not have a campaign mode.

Although I find the lack of a single player campaign very disappointing. This game was still a lot of fun, with many different multiplayer modes to choose from, and even some single player missions to play. It's a solid game, especially if you enjoy fps games and are a fan of Star Wars.

This Star Wars video game is very good. The graphics are stunning. The game play is easy. If you have not own a gaming console before or in a very long time,and love Star Wars, this game is for you. This game has lots of different game plays such as rogue squadron and hero hunt.

It's a fun game but realize that the game is 95% online only with no single player campaign. Also know there is a $40 "season pass" of content that should have came with the game but good 'ol EA decided to charge you extra for. There's also no way to chat ingame, so ya teamwork is pretty non-existent except pre-formed parties. Even with all that said the game itself is beautiful and pretty fun to play with friends online especially if you love Star Wars!
