This game is more of a casual shooter. If you are looking for competitive heart racing action, this isn't it. This game is casual and laid back when it comes to shooters, which is good for some people. The game doesn't have that substance that keeps you coming back for more and more. Yet this game looks great and sounds wonderful, and it Star Wars. So its not a must buy but it is a fun game.

You'll probably see a lot of reviews where people complain about the lack of maps or how the game was designed with DLC in mind. I for one feel that there is a great amount of content in the basic package to justify the purchase. It's great fun to jump into an X-Wing during battle or to suddenly see Luke Skywalker running at you with his lightsaber drawn. There is a definite skill curve but after a little practice you should be able to hold your own in any of the game modes.

Great graphics and game play. I would really like a single player (or split screen) campaign. Some of the multiplayer games are very fun, but you can't play them without a Playstation Plus subscription (another $50/year). Original Battlefront and BF 2 had a campaign and lots of single player options that this does not have. Let's hope they add something like that in the updates / DLC.

Awesome game, fantastic graphics and lots of action. Highly recommend for all Star Wars and action game lovers.

Games has really good graphics and great game play. Takes you through battles on all of the star wars movies.

This is a very fun game. The graphics are amazing. The only downside is the game can get a little repetitive.

This game is great ifor you are a STAR WARS fan and enjoy online multiplayer shooters this may be a great buy. If you are someone expecting an origin story or some sort of narrative that expando the lore of the galaxy far far away then you may want to reconsider buying this game. It has no story at all. Just the online multi-player and some single player missions that could be played cooperatively. Overall it is fun, action packed and of course nostalgic.

This is my first Star Wars game, and I am not disappointed at all! The graphics are just incredible. To the point that with headphones on, you are totally immersed in that world while you play. Snow swirls around your feet as you walk on Hoth. And the sheer scale of Jakku makes you feel so insignificant. Multiplayer mode is incredible too, with 40 players in a game at once. Makes for some real fast game play! The depth of the game, from the characters to the details in the graphics are worth it alone. And then there is the additional free content, as the game continues to advance. Sure there is a Season Pass to give you complete content, however EA is dropping freebies to us as they continue to develop it. Very impressed with the game overall!

This game only includes 4 maps and no story mode, much to my dismay. However, the graphics are amazing and the game can be fun a times. This game is really for casual gamers. One thing I do not like is how they pretty much force you to buy the season's pass since you only get 4 maps. My advise is to wait it out until the DLC is bundled with the actual game before you buy.

If you love Star Wars and first person shooters this is the game for you. Graphics are awesome and sound is amazing. You can play missions from the original movies which have always been my favorite. Just plain great.

Classic Star Wars fun, Visually beautiful game play along with plenty to unlock and multiplayer online fun!

The game overall is tons of fun that will keep you entertained for hours. The only downside is there is no way to talk to your teammates in multiplayer mode. I really enjoy the different multiplayer games they have that incorporate droids and take the battle to the skies. The graphics in this game and how fluid everything seems are on par. Overall, a good game.

I was really excited when I saw they were making a new Battlefront and this game didn't disappoint. The graphics are great and it has plenty of game modes to keep you entertained for awhile. All in all, great game!

Quite simply, this is a very fun game to play. Satisfies your Star Wars itch after seeing the new movie.

The game is very polished but lacks content currently. If you can pick this up for 30 bucks, its a deal!

What's there is solid, but this game just begs for more. The gameplay, maps, modes, and mechanics here all work amazingly well, but you'll still feel like EA should have given you more for your dollar. It really feels like they played off the fans love for the series, especially with a $50 season pass for 4 addons. You'll have fun with this game, but tire of it quickly. I'd suggest a rent before a buy if you can't check out a friend's game.

I love Star Wars and loved the previous games in the series. However, this game is just okay. I was so hyped to play it only to have spent very little time with it since release. I will still keep the game and play from time to time, but the lack of overall content is a bummer. Not much depth to the gameplay either. Game is a looker that is for sure though.

I purchased this for my step son at his request. He enjoyed the game but found quickly that an online account is required for serious game play. So needless to say I had to re-up his online play station account. With the new account in hand he and his friends love the game. You get to play as a rebel or join the dark side. The cast of characters is right out of the original Star Wars and the graphics are amazing. This is a great game.
