This game was everything I wanted in Star Wars game

The game is great my kid loves it. Just do not buy a digital copy in the store. I bought the game in store then they didn’t send me the code to activate it. They would only refund me the money and then let me pay full price for the game I already purchased on sale.

Good game just wish it was longer but the pace fits the story

I purchased this game for an Angel Tree gift in the Greenville, NC store last week. I was informed I would receive an activation code to my email address and my receipt stated the same. When I had not received the code the following day, I called customer service. The representative told me her only option was to refund my money which would take 2-3 weeks and I could purchase online. I did not want this option so I returned to the store to ask about the code. I was informed it takes 24-48 hours to receive the activation code. After more than 72 hours, I still had not received the code. I went back to the store (every trip is about 20 miles for me) and a manager waited on me. I thought, "Finally, someone will be able to help!" He said he could not do anything except return it and put it through again but that I still might not receive an activation code. I asked him would I be able to get a refund at that point and he said, "No. There is no refund for this purchase." I said, "Even if I have not received an activation code?" He said, "That is right. We don't refund digital purchases just like we don't refund gift cards if they don't work." I am not believing Best Buy has stooped so low in customer service.

Terrible frame rate on 120hz tv with xbox series X why does EA always do this

Don't buy these "physical" digital codes, they're not working anymore, had to get it refunded and purchased it through the online store instead.

The game wasn’t available in all forms so I had to return it. But on the other hand, Best Buy was nice enough to refund m money

I think right now the game is really amazing I barely have any issues with the game other than having 1 or 2 crashes on the game but other than that the game is really fun I have 38 hours on the game

Fast loading of games and 4 k movies. Finally was able to get to see the new games in better quality

very buggy game keeps crash I would wait until ea gets all the bugs out of it
