Picked up the set so we can get the kids caught up before the new one comes out. They are loving it.

Exactly what you would expect. George Lucas's perfectionism took out many of the "easter egg" flaws. If you watch in slow motion you can see Greedo shot first. Got it to refresh before the new films.

Im 41 and still love these movies. the originals are always the best, before Lucas decided to add to them.

Start Wars on Blue-Ray with extra features. Only thing better would be if Episode 7 were included!

This is a collection set for all Star Wars fans must get. Plus it has tons of bonus footage.

I've been a fan of Star Wars ever since I was a kid and the quality of the blu ray is fantastic.

Although I would have liked this for myself, it was the perfect time of year to give it as a gift!

This is the way to go if you want all the movies together without purchasing separate.

Finally able to get both trilogies in one box set, only wish it also came with digital copies.

Very nice sturdy box set. Still can't get behind some of the changes. Hopefully the new ones will be better.

The movies are great. I am not a fan of the first three but this is a review on the discs themselves. The commentaries are strangely lacking in being enjoyable. They are not commentaries so much as they are snippets of interviews thrown in over the movie. You do not get the feel of watching the movie with the actors, director, or crew. The special effects have been.... "updated" again. This takes away from the movie as certain parts of the movies don't seem to flow as well as they could. It does deliver in the fact that all 6 movies are there. There are *some* special feature segments which are nice to see but this is an over-all disappointment. Here's hoping that The Force Awakens will be better

This is a great blu ray set! Ive been looking at getting all the movies in a collection for awhile.
