Fantastic buy! I'm very impressed with the 4K features (such as HDR) this edition was able to have and the presentation is great. Only down were in some slight blemishes to the box (was ordered online)

Picture/audio is phenomenal ! My only gripe is the way the disc are packaged. The book concept is good, BUT when you try to take out the disc to watch them. The disc themselves are embedded deep into the page sleeve holder and it forces you to grab the disc from underneath to pull out the disc from the page holder. Even more weird is that if i insert the disc with the title face facing upside down (meaning the title on top end of the disc) it will play flawlessly. But when i inserted it right side up. The dis would not go pass the title page. I have a sony 4k player that is 2 years old, so not an off name 2nd hand brand player. I had 2 disc glitched, but when i returned the set my replacement was flawless.

This collectors edition is one of a kind set. It’s a must own set if you don’t own all the movies!!! Best of all it’s all in 4K !!! Plus tons of hours of extras !!! You have to get it !!!

I feel this is what 4k was made for. It looks and sounds amazing. You can especially see episodes 4-6. As a collector I’m truly satisfied and happy with this product.

This review isn't a rating of the content on these discs, but in case you didn't know, these are more or less the same versions of the movies you will see on today's streaming services. The theatrical versions of the original trilogy are not in this set. As you can see in the pictures below, the discs are stored in a huge artbook. The artbook itself is quite nice and has concept art and on-set photos for each movie. The problem is that the sleeves in the artbook that house the discs are so tight that it's impossible to take them out without your grubby fingers touching the bottom of the disc. Additionally, sliding the disc out WILL rub the bottom of the disc against the bottom of the sleeve, and requires quite a bit of force to pull it out since the fit is so tight. I can't imagine the discs surviving too many trips in and out of the sleeves. My advice? If you want any of these movies, just buy the new 4k releases individually in the good old fashioned cases, which were released at the same time as this set. There is no exclusive bonus features in this set, so the only thing you'd miss out on is the artbook and packaging. I'm also taking an extra star off because I have to look at Rian Johnson's face when I browse through the artbook, and then giving it back because Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor and Ian McDiarmid are just a few pages back :^)

Anyone that loves Star Wars should definitely add this to their collection!!

Love the way this set looks, the presentation, etc. However, I'm now in contact with Disney about the scratching of the discs when you slide them in and out of the sleeves. It's dang near impossible to get the discs out without putting in some effort. I've only watched the first 3 and taken each out a maximum of 3 times and they are all 3 developing scratches. As time continues, they will continue to develop and eventually make it so the movies will not be able to be watched via the disc, which is the whole point of owning the discs. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this set unless you're ok with the discs being scratched. If Disney doesn't have a solution to this before my return window closes, I'm going to return this to Bestbuy and wait until a solution is found that won't scratch the discs or purchase each film individually. With the prices of this set, it should have been designed better and shouldn't do this. Buyer Beware

I returned one then I got another one it did the same thing the 4k movie on disc one and two froze at the same place on both sets of disc the 4k disc. I'll be going to best buy to get another one my third one to see if that works if does not I will get my money back like they say three strikes your out and these will be three strikes your out and if anyone had this problem tell me.

The discs are fine, but the box and the insert clearly mention “iTunes codes” and use the iTunes logo, yet they only provide codes for some third party app.

Terrible! Not only did it get delayed because it was shipped to the wrong state and I had to wait another week for it to come in, but it Came in damaged! Waited 2 years to finally purchase this as it’s not cheap, finally got the chance and it comes in Badly damaged. I called Best Buy to have a return/exchange and it’s now out of stock! Sad! I’m finished with Best Buy.

Tried two different sets - all have corruption issues a don’t play properly. Pathetic excuse for quality control - contact me when it’s fixed.

It is Star Wars on 4K UHD.....what else do you care to know? Of course the original trilogy shot on film cannot be same quality as modern imaging and modern magic stuff but is still the best version of the films have ever bought.
