Lots of good coffee variety

The Sumatra is primarily for night time drinking. The Sumatra is very dark roast and has a more bitter flavor to it. The House Blend in this collection is your best choice. The Verena is a little too light. I would buy this again and again. I do think however they should add more to the House and Pikes Place collection though in this box and take away some Sumatra.
