Not sure why they would sell a steelbook for dlc but for some reason this exists

I might get the code tomorrow dosent make sense they should just send it if we used it no refund plan and simple

This items is 2 weeks late. Best Buy customer service is useless. Their plus membership has no value. Do not give your money to Best Buy!!!!!!

This is garbage i feel cheated. I wish i picked store pickup

A average dlc for an average game, I only paid 9.99 for it. The steel book is nice.

My store had 4 of these in store and I just went in and picked one up. If people are having trouble with shipping, just check your store stock and go get it there instead. Much easier than dealing with shipping imo, that's why I prefer in store pickups. Plus you can check the condition of the item yourself. The game is absolutely great so far!

It seems bestbuy isn’t only one that messed up here. Amazon also can’t get these out until Monday. I cancelled my Amazon order and just bought this in store. Shiping is the problem across the board for this. Available in store on 09/01. Actually item is great.

One of the main draws for buying this upgrade is early access which seems to be negated by the fact this wont be available until launch day.

DO NOT buy the premium if you are purchasing the physical copy of the game! The game and steelbook are separate so those that preorder the physical copy, the early access does NOT apply which they did not state when purchasing.

Love Starfield the 6 hours I've played. Had to buy the upgrade last night again on my XBox so I just cancelled the pick-up that became available this morning at my Best Buy store. Can't say whether the upgeade code would have been in the box or if I would have to then physically send for it the way other eviews seem to indicate. Really badly done "pre-order"

If i could have given this review 0 i would have chosen that number. I preodered in july presuming i woukd get the game either on aigust 31 or september. To my suprise they said i woukd get it by September 7. Total ripoff i had to cancel and preorder digitaly so i can play early.

Every retailer pretty much ships on or right before a game is set to launch. With it being a holiday weekend, shipping got extended. Should have got the upgrade digitally, or even better....instore pickup.

Another great add on to a top of the line game of the yr! This game is huge, takes forever just to see 100% of all the planets and moons.

What an abysmal launch from Best Buy, like everyone is saying the 5 days early access is a lie towards many customers.

Amazing product. I received it on time. I highly recommend this product for all lovers of space and RPG action.

Pre ordered aug 6th, unavailable for pick up 09/01. Undetermined when it will be available, extremely dissapointed.
