Ordered the premium upgrade and still have not recieved any code for early access. Extremely poor customer service and there should be a refund because everyone who ordered this should be able to play 5 days early, not wait until the game fully releases.

The game feels like it was released too soon, but I love the gameplay and environments. With proper dedication from the developers to improve this game I can see this being one of the all-time greats.

I bought this upgrade because i really just wanted the patch and the steel case. Early access was icing on the cake.. Now I feel scammed out of $20 for an early acess that i probably won't experience. Heed our mistakes

The pre-order arrived on time for the early access. The game itself had its issues but there is a lot of quality here. Pros: Plenty of missions, factions, side quests and content to keep you occupied for a ton if hours. Meaningful dialogue choices can and will determine the outcome of a lot of interactions. Really good game. Cons: A bit of a slow start. The procedurally generated worlds get dull to explore, they are fully explorable, just not seamless. A LOT of loading screens.

Picked up from the store & there was no damage to the Steelbook, and the code worked as described. Game is amazing also!

Great game. Great dlc. Pointless however seeing as fhe dlc isnt even out yet. And content is hard to aquire. But great game.

We paid for early access and wont get this until after early access is over. We need a partial refund or im returning it as soon as it comes in. $15 for the steelbook is fair.

For the people that thought they would get this early , they should of ordered the digital , or picked it up on Friday. It’s funny how they get mad that they didn’t get the steel case in the mail day 1 is hilarious. Don’t listen to the Karen’s and kens below . Now about the game , it’s mediocre and craxy you have to load to walk in every door . Do you wver fight more then 4 people ever ? Game is definitely a 7 max

Love starfield and being able to play early. Bummer that bestbuy didnt ship it till one day late so i missed a day of playing.

Fun game if you are a fan of Fallout 4 or Skyrim. Hours and hours of replay value. It gets alot of negative reactions because its 30fps and not 60 fps like you see in a black ops game, but the massive amount of content makes up for it and it still looks pretty even with the reduced frame rate.i recommend this game to anyone who's a fan of open world quests and building your own structures

The code will be on the steel case apparently . The majority of people bought this to get the early access. They were told by best buy support that theyd recieve the code (via email) on 8/31. That didnt happen for any of us. We were miss-informed and we're ultimately stolen from. But i guess this is what best buy is known for.

So i bought this a week ago thinking id get a code and just wait for the steel book to deliver. When will we be getting early access to the game? This is very frustrating and its safe to say i shouod have just went with the premium version through Microsoft gamepass.

I bought this for early access to Starfield, Best Buy screwed up the release and sent it out late.

The devil is in the details, the product description says UP TO 5 DAYS EARLY ACCESS. Unfortunately Best Buy put the access code with the collector's case(a terrible decision) so for almost everyone who pre ordered this for the early access its a complete fail. If you want the DLC content just get it from microsoft or elsewhere that knows better than to ship a DLC code...Last pre order from Best Buy!

Ignore the 1 star troll reviews because they had to wait an extra day to play. This game is an incredible experience you must try for yourself. The premium upgrade includes a gorgeous steelbook for all you collectors out there and access to the first DLC when it launches at a later date.

Great game. Would recommend this. Very addictive in all areas.

For 9.99 I get Shattered Space and a nice looking steelbook when the dlc is 30 dollars on the Xbox store. Score one for the little wooden boy!
