I tried it on XBox Ultimate Pass and liked it but it was very glitchy. I tried it through Ultimate Pass on my PC and it was better, but still glitchy. Bought it at Best Buy (didn't realize it was through Steam) and it has worked nearly perfectly (one crash -- didn't lose anything) so far (up to level 24).

Game needs many patches and some common sense updates to make play less of a blind search. The mapping system is barely usuable and many things are trial and error with heavy on error. This game needs rpg help but the fps part is great.The issues when you play really makes it a struggle to stay engaged in it. I dont think a game should count on modders to fix it sfter realese

The review of 4 stars is not due to any problems buying this from Best Buy, but because of the game itself. The game laggs and freezes almost constantly, somewhat affecting game play, but mostly just wasting time and not allowing an immersive experience. Hopefully they will patch this mess up.

While there are some of the usual problems with any game that Bethesda produces (glitches and weak storytelling primarily), it manages to be one of the most attractive games that Bethesda has ever made. If I had to complain about something it would be the size limits on ship building, the fact that they cut station-building out of the game, and the clunky nature of outpost construction. In terms of normal gameplay, I have no real complaints. The ship combat feels reasonably realistic and is quite enjoyable (especially piracy), the regular combat is decent (needs to add the ability to take cover more easily and more varied melee moves), and the environments are pretty.

I want to say upfront this is a good game but it's not 9/10 to 10/10 like everyone is gushing about, As it uses an updated engine from Fallout 4 it has all its bugs and problems. Worth a look but it will shine in 1 to 4 years' time, 5/10 but still a very fun game that just needs more TLC.

I dont have an xbox, instead a ps5. But you cant play starfield on ps5. Build/buy a gaming computer and buy this game. You wont regret it.

Highly detailed game. I love it. This game is going to take me a while to play and i love that. Good value for your money.

I have been waiting for a good space game. This has a great story and action. The graphics help you get into the game.

Starfield is a truly incredible game, thus far. The graphics are outstanding and the game engine is flawless. I have only played for about 45 minutes so far, and let me tell you, there is a lot to learn. I am very impressed that I am able to utilize the incredible power of my recently purchased CyberPower PC that I bought from BestBuy. Buy this game, you will not be disappointed!!

Love this game. It is basically Fallout in space, but the fact that it os in space rather than a post-apocalyptic wasteland makes it so much fun. Ship combat is cool, customizing your ship is cool, and everything else plays like your standard Bethesda game. I am going to have fun with this one for a long time

Not Mario but timeless just like a battery in a game cartridge

Its a grwat game, not ground breaking but if you like bethesda games i have no doubt you will like this one (the learnint curve is a bit immense though)

I love this game, its so worth it. I think i have about 30 hours in it now which is nothing. Looking forward to many more hours!

If you’ve played Skyrim or Fallout 4, you’ve played this. It’s a different setting and some changes to the mechanics, but nothing Earth shattering. It’s a good game, with a interesting premise, but there are a lot of game breaking bugs to trip over.

Game is great! I personally think it lives up to the hype. I can see myself playing this game for a long time!

Cool game, still has some rough edges which is expcted of a Bethesda game but they will work them out.

I play starfield for 35 hours in my time. The story is ok not great but not bad. There are good things in starfield like shop building and gun gameplay.But there is also bad things about Starfield like the exploration on planets and also loading screens and more. For me starfield is not masterpiece but is not terrible is just ok. I recommend buying it like deal or the price is lower to 40 or 45 dollars.

Decent game but would be a lot better if every scene didn't involve a loading screen. Not to mention i bought the pre order special credits thing and have yet to receive it. I bought the game on release day through steam and regret it
