Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with Starfield's diverse and engaging gameplay, compelling storyline, and the vast amount of content available for exploration. Many enjoyed the freedom to craft their own story and appreciated the numerous side quests. However, some players noted issues with bugs and repetitive planet designs, while others found the user interface and menus somewhat cumbersome. A few also commented on the game's price point.

Travel into Space and interesting planets in ships! Looks like Fallout either after rebuilding Human life. There so much to say, yet let you be the judge! You liked the Fallout series. Try this space game out! Hours of fun and adventure!

I’ve always been a fan of Bethesda games, but this one didn’t catch my interest initially. After hearing about it on MULTIPLE gaming podcasts I gave it a try. It’s a lot better than I thought. This game is one of those you can get lost in for hours and relax. Some of the directions and prompts are unclear, but once you figure it out it’s easy.

the usual Bethesda RPG fair, which isn't a bad thing at all. The graphics are beautiful but it's so photorealistic it gets into uncanny valley with the people.

Love this game. It’s huge! It is a little bit glitchy at times but I have no complaints. The game play is fun, the weapons are fun and the story is really interesting. I would recommend this to anyone who loves an open world game.

This game is a huge disappointment. Cut and loading screens everywhere, no real space exploration, companions are always in the way and starting stuff, and now I just missed an important conversation because there was a side conversation that was louder than the one I needed to hear. The enemies are sponges, I go through so much ammo just for one enemy! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the graphics are pretty good, I like staring out into the universe, and the story is decent, but if I can't be a part of all the conversations and miss some of them due to side conversations being louder I don't know if I'll get the full story... The game itself is also not that fun, I have been glued to other Bethesda games but this one is just simply not entertaining. Sure there is a lot to do, but everytime I get in the area of another mission it just switches to the new mission even if I did not select it. So I also have to pay attention that the mission I am on is the one I actually started and wanted to play. I say the game is boring because it is just moving around from place to place, there is no real flow. You get a mission, you fast travel to it, cut screen, maybe shoot some spongy enemies, then collect what you need, fast travel back to what you already know, cut screen and repeat. There is no ingenuity, no new stuff. I would expect this from a game that is made by one person, but honestly one person alone would be able to make a better game. Smaller game studios have made a lot better games! I really hope mods are going to fix this game because it really feels like Bethesda just gave us the basics and expected others to finish the game. It is so unimaginative! Nothing new and everything we have seen before. For a game that has been in development this long and for all the great talk and things I saw before the release, it just does not live up to it. I really do not understand the 5 star reviews, all the Fallout and Skyrim games are so much better. I purchased an xbox for this game alone, but I am really disappointed and will only keep it because of AoE and NMS. Really debating on returning my unopened physical copy... I honestly like Fallout76 more than Starfield, and we all know what that means....

I have been avoiding Bethesda games for years, I tried skyrim, and couldn't stand the controls right out the gate. I couldn't resist a scifi epic game though, and I love it. Now I have to go back and play skyrim and fallout.

The game is fun to play. Bethesda did a good job with the enviornment and gameplay but it lacks the “charm” of their previous games like Oblivion and Fallout New Vegas (made by Obsidian, published by Bethesda).

I love this game, the open world, how the mechanics are similar to the Skyrim and Fallout 4. Plus customizing spaceships are fun to me, not to mention all the adventures and Friends along the way. Definitely a comfort game for those who like open world RPGs, highly recommend

i mean i hate that it's $70 but it's a AAA game. i have played a bit of it and i'd say it's worth it if you're into RPG talkative space stuff. it is entertaining enough for me but not a masterpiece.

This game is a new generational hit! Bethesda has done it again. Creating a world that is seemingly endless. The whole work keeps making me come back to explore and find more new things in this world! 100% recommend.

Incredible game that appeals to many facets of my personality. I loved the storytelling and setting of Skyrim. I also love space. I love how most choices have meaning and impact the game later down the road.

It's like skyrim and star wars had a baby and this is what you get. There's so much you can do in this game that you can kill alot of hours playing. Great story line so far! Definetly worth the buy.

If you like Bethesda games; If you like a deep RPG with rich systems, this is definitely it. This is both the least inviting experience but also the most challenging and rewarding experience BGS has ever released.
