I enjoyed it a great deal but I think too much time is unrealistically spent fighting and we all know if you are out in space your concerns will be energy, food, water, air and avoiding fast moving hull penetrating space debree.

Got this game bundled with the Nintendo switch and did not expect much from it but my kids have really enjoyed it and play it all the time. Has provided great entertainment so I love that I didn’t pay extra for this game!

Bought as a present, but it was only $6 compared to the usual price of $60. So for $6 it's good value as it came with some toy like things, so the kid will enjoy it regardless.

I have four boys aged 4-12. They love this game. I like that Star Fox makes an appearance in the Nintendo Switch version. I got it as a Black Friday deal, so the price was excellent. I don't know if I would get any of the add-on toys though, we have too many toys at home already.

This is a dream item to own for any fan of Star Fox. With there not being a truly great Star Fox game or experience in recent years this one fills in nicely. Starlink is a pretty cool interactive experience for the Switch. I picked this up for my daughter and she really digs it.

Nice visuals but a little more challenging than I expected. I am having a difficult time learning how to operate and navigate the spacecraft. I’ll keep trying until I give up.

This one is a sleeper hit. Runs great on the switch and looks beautiful. Basically what Starfox could be (although it basically is a Starfox game with the Switch exclusive content). Highly recommend!

I'm enjoying the game, but it's not quite to the caliber of a real Nintendo product. It's a little derivative, accept an assignment, complete the assignment; accept an assignment, complete the assignment. But it's enjoyable for short bursts.

i have not played this game yet as its a christmas present. but i remember my childhood days playing startfox and i had to get this for my kids. i think its cool that you can change the guns on the physical ship and it transfers to the game.

I think that this game is kind of bland but I think this specific iteration on the switch is great because of the inclusion of star fox characters. It adds a lot. For less than $10, I think you might as well try it.

Finally, a good Star Fox game! This might be the closest thing we will get to a good Star Fox game. After the disappoint that was Star Fox Zero on Wii U, the game is incredible. Flying and combat in the x wing feels fun. Switch version is definitely the best version to get.

Very fun for the most part when it comes to the toys. However the actual gaming is lackluster and too expansive. I recommend you go to other review outlets to see if this game is for you,

This game has some good action, but I wish it came with more in the box. I don't have the desire or money to track down and buy all the little accessories. I'm hoping I can see the whole game with this, but time will tell.

The main flaws of this game are pretty common for toys-to-game titles: everything is locked behind the toys. Game gets very boring very quickly if you don't have any of the toys besides the starter ones.

I gave this to my grandson and he loved it. The only thing you need to know is it takes over 3 hours to dow load, so I would suggest that you open it and download before you wrap it as a gift. That way they can play as soon as they open the gift.

game is a bit repetitive but gameplay loop is fun. do not buy at full price. wait for discounts. buying the additional toys can be avoided by purchasing all the dlc digitally from the eshop. Arwing looks great on the shelf though.

This is a great game to play. Playing it with the Arwing makes this feel like the best Star Fox game ever made. If it had not relied on the toys to life gimmick it might have sold better. The Arwing in the package is amazing though. A must get!!!

Haven't made it too far into this title, but so far it is a competent space shooter game featuring a beloved Nintendo character exclusive to the Switch version. In other words, if you're going to buy this game, buy it on the switch.

I started this game thinking it may be dumb because I don’t believe In the toys for life concept much anymore, but it’s pretty cool, they have an option where you can even play digitally so you don’t have to play with the ship on the controller

Out of all the Switch games a friend's son got this Christmas, it was this game that he enjoyed most, amusingly. It's definitely because of the Fox McCloud and Arwing being in the Nintendo version, and having a toy Arwing and Fox seals the deal.
