Customers are saying
Customers commend the game itself, its price point, and the fun factor, highlighting the enjoyable experience and cool toys. Positive feedback also mentions ease of use, the Star Fox theme, customization options, and the engaging storyline. However, some customers note that the controls could be improved, and the difficulty may be challenging for younger players or those new to the game. A few also mention limitations regarding the number of ships and the sturdiness of the physical figures.

9 year old surprise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, i was AMAZED onthe detail on the toy, at first i thought it was another piece to add to the pile of toys my children have, but NO, my son even invited me to try playing with him, and this kit changes the capabilities of the player, and its interactive, meaning that removing it and swapping it will make changes to your character, etc. its a fun toy and the game is a blast.

my opinion
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Switch version has the Arwing and it also comes with the physical switch game, two pilot figures and you have access to the Zenith ship ingame as well. The Switch version is the superior version to own if you're on the fence about which console version to get. This also has extra missions specifically for the Switch version that will not be on the ps4, xbox one or pc version

A different take!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always been a StarFox fan and truly enjoyed it on the N64. The different take is their way of making additional revenue via attachments and ships... Better than paying for additional DLC and premium versions of a game??? I don't know? Buy it on sale! Still a stunning game to play on the N Switch earning a 4 star from this fan.

Fun, different, but not perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have been itching for an open world(s) action flight game then look no further. Starlink is the smooth mission based game that we haven't had since rogue squadron fizzed out. The added starfox storyline is a lot of fun too. My only negative is that the weapons don't feel precise and are more beginner level with auto targeting.

The Star Fox We Need
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quite underrated by the media and players in general, likely because of the toys to life aspect. Had this been a normal game, it would be scored higher. The gameplay is fun, and the worlds are interesting. There's a lot to do, and it's essentially the Star Fox that should've been.

Great game for any fan of starship games
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having been a fan of the Star Wars: Rogue Squadron series since my childhood, Starlink had me interesting from it's initial reveal. Playing it brought back the feelings I had when playing Rogue Squadron, and the physical toys added some element of fun, though I preferred playing digital. Overall I had a fantastic time with this game, and don't regret giving it a chance.

Fun game with a good-looking toy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is very well designed. It feels very much like the old Star Fox games, but in a No Man’s Sky style open world (clearly much smaller than NMS, but still large enough). Fantastic combat, and I really appreciate the use of Star Fox in the Switch version. It’s slightly jarring occasionally that he was shoehorned into the story, but overall it works very well.

My son loves this game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome game! The starter kit includes a ship, 2 weapon add-ons, 2 characters, a large poster and the main controller mount that holds the ship. In order to get all the content you will have to buy the digital edition which includes 5 ships (one of them is the Airwing), 7 pilots (Star Fox too), and 12 weapons to use in game

Easy to start and makes you want to play more
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really liked it, works well for local co-op. There are harder parts of the game that younger players might miss but you can plan much of the game without them. Relatively easy to pick up. The physical toy parts that are given seem a little useless to me, I do not play with them. Only downside is that the other characters are pay to unlock.

An Absolute Bargain at its Current Price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It seems like the past few months this game has regularly been lowered to clearance prices, which is kind of unfortunate for the chances of any further expansions or DLC being released for the game... but does mean it you can get an excellent game on a deep discount. Yes the toys to life aspect of the game is a bit... out of date at this point. Though I imagine the reason the game has been lowered to clearance prices is to help clear out inventory of the fairly large box the game and associated toys come in. The toy ship itself is nice, if only for the fact that there really has never been much in the way of Starfox related merchandise released over the years. Think of it as fairly nice Arwing model you can display alongside your Star Fox Amiibo. Setting aside the toys, the game itself is great, maybe even fantastic if your'e a fan of more arcade style (rather than sim) space games. It has great controls and the story is fun and engaging, especially on the Switch where the Star Fox characters join in for some bonus missions.

Star Fox with Interplanetary Travels
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is so much fun, despite the PS4 or XBOX version looking the best, the switch version has the best addition to it which is the inclusion of the Star Fox universe and that makes it the best version to play. You can fly through space using the star wing fight from the star fox game and complete missions while exploring planets and unlocking ships parts.

It’s actually pretty cool
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not being a kid, I was iffy about getting Starlink; but, remembering how Star Fox was my favorite game on the N64 made me get it - especially the Switch version, which comes with Starfox and his ship. It turns out the game is actually pretty cool, it’s almost like a shooting game, except your flying a ship and it has a pretty good storyline. The concept of having modular parts and being able to swap put pilots, ships, and weapons is brilliant. At my nephews request, I ended up buying an additional ship, which seems to be the only way of continuing the game if you get shot down, without having to go back to a save point. The ships, the pilot figures, and weapons are plastic; but, pretty well detailed - they actually look awesome either on the entertainment room table, or even on top of my work desk. Anyways, if you grew up with Starfox, give this game a try - it’s actually pretty cool, and might satisfy the desire to play Starfox until Nintendo decides to finally release a Starfox game on the Swtch,
