Good game but had issues with buying

Very strange and I have heard that this has been a "Best Buy" only issue. I simply went to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a copy that included the game so great customer service there. As for the game itself, it feels like a slow paced open world star fox game. Which can be good or bad depending on your gaming preference. I think it's good but not great.
