To my surprise, it had the infamous Best Buy red tag on it indicating it was an open box return. Called the 800 number for them to just offer to send me a replacement after I return the item and would retrieve the replacement for several weeks. Terrible experience so far.

I would not have bought it if I knew it did not work for Marine. I had a regular starlink dish that was getting interrupted every 5 minutes. I thought upgrading to HP would give a bigger field of view would give less interruptions but it actually gets more interruptions.

Parts were missing and items were attached that should have been separate in the box which indicated the product was previously opened and used. The security tape was a second application. The installer will have to supply additional parts. This was extremely disappointing and not up to the standards we have come to expect from Best Buy products.

Called customer service and rhey shipped a new box, then cancelled the shipment after a fee days .. scheduled installed anyways . Finally Best buy installed crew showed up and the kit dies not work.. such a waste of time .. retuned everything back ti best buy. Bad service and a horrible experience

Having bad preference during peak times and rain so I decided to cancel within Starlink’s 30 day window, but Best Buy has a 14 day return policy and will not honor Starlink trail. Will definitely do business direct with Starlink or Home Depot in the future!
