Agent was very helpful with my questions and installed the dish on my roof, ran line into room I chose. He cleaned up everything inside and outside, and made sure everything was working properly .

Getting someone to come and install this was a pain in the …but finally when the kid came to do the job he did more than the other guy he was not able to get the job done because we didn’t have service

The service was never done and I have been charged for it. I requested a refund but this store is asking me to call different numbers and no helping at all.

Waste of money. It's not Geek squad, they contract it out. I have now wasted two full days waiting for them, and still haven't even received the device. Save yourself some frustration, don't bother with this service.

I had to finish install. Tech was a great guy, but noone at best buy has any experience installing. It was a nightmare trying to deal with best buy. I had to spend hours learning how to finish install myself

Very poor by the sale representative for selling me and setting up tine for home insulation for my starlink and i find out later that they done installs over the winter.

They were amazing and so friendly. Answered all questions that we had.

The person that came was extremely nice and helpful. He installed the satellite on the roof.

The agent was knowledgeable and mounted my Starlink and set up our modem. Works great!

Do not order this service they will trying take all excuses not get the job done right.

The new satellite antenna was mounted efficiently and following my wishes.

The installation only lasted two weeks then it moved and it's reception was reduced to 50% maybe

Did not use the Best Buy contracted installers. They came two times and always had an excuse for why they couldn't do it. We used a private company and they were awesome.

it was never installed by the contractor .had to cancel the install and do it my self .

He did a very good job.. Even tho it did take him a bit to install it but other than that everything was perfect

Best Buy said they would install the STARLINK and then they refused to install the starling.

Terrible. Several contractors have come and gone. It is installed improperly and doesn’t work
