Tech never came to install terrible customer service still has not been resolved told I have to wait 48 hours to reschedule

They never came to install it. Instead they called that day that they were suppose to come and install it to reschedule it.

Agent was very helpful with my questions and installed the dish on my roof, ran line into room I chose. He cleaned up everything inside and outside, and made sure everything was working properly .

Waste of money. It's not Geek squad, they contract it out. I have now wasted two full days waiting for them, and still haven't even received the device. Save yourself some frustration, don't bother with this service.

I had to finish install. Tech was a great guy, but noone at best buy has any experience installing. It was a nightmare trying to deal with best buy. I had to spend hours learning how to finish install myself
