What they dont tell you until after you buy it. You can pause the service on the 50g a month but not the automatic payments. When its sitting dormant in the camper your still being billed threw automatic payments and no way to stop them. Ended up closing my account and returning the hardware. The one day I had it, it never went over 3g download. No obstructions. Good signal. Don’t believe all the hype

Horrible Service

So far the service has not live up to my expectations. The service is on and off, regardless of how I install the antenna on my vehicle. Sadly I can not return it, now I just have a very expensive paper weight worth $529.00.

Starlink Mini is Awesome!

But we were told there was a yearly $189 fee and it turns out there is a monthly fee. Not sure why it differs from what the salesman told us and another couple at the Best Buy in Anchorage Takotnu Center.
