I purchased the Star Link Mini to use in our travel trailer. The Star Link system works perfectly and is very easy to setup. I signed up for the Roam package that offers you the ability to pause when not using the trailer. Very happy with the unit and the offering!

I’ve been using the Starlink Mini both for work in my work truck during the week and for camping on weekends, and it’s been a total game changer. Having reliable internet in areas where cell service is weak or completely nonexistent has made a huge difference for both productivity and convenience. For work, I have the Starlink Mini mounted directly to the roof of my work vehicle, and it’s been rock solid. Once I park, I’m online within minutes with no setup hassle. The roof-mounted setup keeps everything secure, clean, and out of the way, which is perfect for daily use. The connection has been consistent enough for emails, uploads, web-based tools, and even video calls without random dropouts. Speeds are more than sufficient for real work, and latency has been impressive for a satellite-based system. On the camping side, it’s just as reliable. When I’m off the clock, I can quickly reposition or use it as needed, and as long as there’s a clear view of the sky, it connects fast and stays online. Being able to stream music, check weather updates, or stay connected while still enjoying the outdoors is a huge plus. It adds peace of mind knowing you’re not completely disconnected in remote areas. The compact size of the Starlink Mini makes it ideal for mobile use. It doesn’t take up much space, feels durable, and handles travel and outdoor conditions without issue. Power usage has been reasonable, and it works well with vehicle power as well as portable power options when camping. Overall, the Starlink Mini is an excellent solution for anyone who needs dependable internet on the move. Whether it’s mounted on a work vehicle for daily use or used for weekend camping trips, it delivers fast, reliable connectivity where traditional options fall short. It’s not the cheapest option, but the freedom, reliability, and flexibility make it well worth it.

The Mini works ecellent in my application. I use it when I am camping for motorcycle events. That usually takes place in a large field with unobstruced access to the sky. My download speeds have been pretty consistantly in the 250 range. For me, that is plenty fast enough. Good wifi calling from my iphone. There is often no cell service in the areas I camp.

This mini dual band WiFi kit has become my go to for reliable connectivity when Im away from home, whether camping in the mountains or working remotely in a spot with no cell service, it sets up fast with just a quick point to the sky and powers on without any drama. The compact size is perfect, it slips right into my backpack along with the kickstand and cables, and the clean white dish doesnt scream tech gear when I set it up on a picnic table or RV counter. Coverage works great for my needs, up to about 1200 square feet with solid speeds over 100Mbps that handle streaming shows, video calls and even light gaming on multiple phones and laptops without lag, though in a bigger space Id add a mesh node. I love the low power draw around 30 watts on average, it sips from a portable battery instead of guzzling juice, and the built in WiFi 5 router feels sturdy with good signal on both bands for everyday use. Its held up through wind, light rain and cold nights without missing a beat, proving its tough enough for real travel, and for the freedom it gives me to stay online anywhere, it delivers way more value than traditional satellite options ever did.

Other than some difficulty with initial setup on-line (mostly my issue) the system is simple to operate and effective. Was great on an RV trip and like the ability to put in a suspended status when not in use for a minimal fee.

We have the larger Starlink and we’re looking for a simpler way to travel with connectivity. Love it.

It's a really impressive item to keep you connecting with world in remote area, such as Alaska. It's easy to setup and work well in most condition. The only suggestion is to improve the stability for moving car.

As long as there’s no trees in thw way, we have WiFi deep in the wilderness!! Perfect size and works right out of the box!! Love it!!

I don’t know why I waited to buy. This is amazing. Currently using on a lake in my ice house. Works in a snowstorm. Simple setup.

Small and portable. It has built in WiFi and there is an AC adapter included. You will need to purchase a DC adapter if you need one. Stores are pretty limited on stock units and accessories. I needed one for my work truck in a rush and picked up the only one the store had. I was lucky to get it, but if you have time to wait it may be better to get what you want off of Starlink’s site where you can customize your order.

Works great. Easy install and set up. Works well in area with no other options. Service is expensive.

In my opinion it works better than advertised. I have the roaming package as I have it in my camper. Works great I various locations in AZ and CA. Much better than spectrum. And I just have the Starlink Mini.

Easy setup, easy app, absolutely ZERO WiFi issues in a 3k road trip, with about 1k mi out of cell range. Only wish we would have bought it sooner. Thank you Starlink!!!!

We purchased this to use seasonally in our camper. We’ve only used it a few times but it works great and easy to set up.

I have a remote cabin and struggled getting phone and internet service for the past year. Finally bought the Starlink mini system— had it running in minutes and works fantastic. For the occasional user, this is a very nice option

Purchased the Starlink Mini at Best Buy and couldn’t be happier! Setup was a breeze with the app, and the compact design is perfect for camping and RV trips. I get 75-200 Mbps download speeds in remote areas, ideal for streaming and work. The durable, weather-resistant dish and flexible power options (AC/DC/USB-C) make it a traveler’s dream. Best Buy’s pickup was quick, and the price was fair. Highly recommend for reliable, portable internet!

Installed this STARLINK Mini Kit in my Tesla Model Y and couldn't be happier. The system delivers impressive speeds - I consistently get around 110 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, which is fantastic for in-car use. Mini does the job as it should. Gets internet when needed in the middle of no where. Suggestion is to get a car adapter.

It may be small but it delivers good service. I am looking into a couple extenders to go with them. When you get a mini you are not setting up residental service you are setting up Roaming it is a little more but can have like 128 devices hooked up or something. It is pretty crazy. I also bought the mini rounter & its small. Both very produce enough wifi for me. I purchases on line & did car side pick up. That was easy. The kid was very kind when he brought my order out to me. I would definitely buy it all again if i needed too.
