DON'T TRUST BEST BUY OR WHAT THEY SAY

Best Buy is the most incompetent store I've ever had to work with. First I was told one price for a GPS/stereo install for a car and then had to Prove I had all the parts and then the price was almost doubled. Second satellite install was told one thing then the installer said it was wrong, rescheduled that never happened, the rescheduled AGAIN and finally happened two weeks later. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE. AND WHY I DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOTAL JOKE.

Doesn’t fit

I paid $74 and waited for it to be shipped, fine.. opened it and tried to get it to fit, but the measurements are off. The previous generation was way better… so now I have the new flat gen 3 dish laying down in my yard because the mount literally won’t attach.

When i got someone scheduled to install it and we decided to do a siding mount. I went to return it and had to get a gift card cause i was 5 days late to return for cash!! Never buying there again!!! Most places have a 30 day return policy and that is what they ahould have. People have lives, jobs and other commitments and are unable to drive that far on a weekly basis!! Very poor customer service. If i could give them 0 stars i would

2 Weeks Return Indow

I work 10 hour shifts and hurt my leg and this delayed install. Now I’m being told by the website and store employees I can’t return but the 2 week time frame is way too short.
