    StarLink may be the future to provide internet to rural areas but to obtain competitive results you must have a clear view of the entire sky. Before purchasing, I would download the StarLink app ( by Space X) and perform a survey to ensure full signal strength.

    Replaced Gen 2 Actuated due to modem failure. I like NEW Gen 3 much better. Great Work Starlink!

    Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Best Buy. I purchased my Starlink and in just 19 days the router went out and I had to return it. I had the extended warranty and they replaced it but then charged me an additional $54 stating that I consumed the warranty. No one told me that I could simply return it to Starlink since it was over their 15 day return. Best Buy will return it now and get a new one for free. What a rip off! Starlink is great, Best Buy not so much!

    Has worked flawlessly, when the power went out, it worked well on battery backup system even when cable and cellular didn't. Love it.

    Not stable and require additional charges in TX( they claim it’s a busy zone, most of the states are actually). It requires full vision of the sky for a reasonable speed. Not for gamer for sure.
