Not worth it whatsoever

Besides that you're paying minimum $120 a month for 3G speeds. Yes I said 3G speeds. On the Starlink App it will show you're speeds are 100 mbps + but, in reality you're at turtle speed with guarenteed buffering/loss of connection every 5-10 mins. I have been using Starlink for 4 months now and have quit the service today after nothing has changed.

Worst experience

The brand new unit we received had already been activated. After hours or phone calls with customer service we were told "sorry, we can't help with activation". So frustrating! We are outside of the return window and stuck with a "new" starlink that we can't use.

Not happy with this purchase

I was a little concerned that everything sits outside, I’m thinking people can just steal the whole thing in the middle of the night. Then I just tried to watch TV and it said it was obstructed. So I thought every time I wanna watch TV I gotta go outside and move the satellite . No, that’s not gonna happen.

Best buy sells used. stuff as new

Great product horrible service

The product went on sale one day out of my return policy and I was unable to receive a refund for the difference through Best Buy. I also received the product damaged but still functioning. I have Still yet to be able to receive a replacement for the damage product.

Their return window is half of everyone else (only 15 days instead of 30) and they refuse to price match THEIR OWN PRICE if you buy it and it then goes on sale. Policies like this are why brick-and-mortor stores are dying and Amazon and New Egg are thriving.

Honest Review

If you are in a city, you wont get anything but 100mbps and constant disconnections. The cheapest service is $120/mo. You're better off with a better internet provider.

Starlink support is poor

Under warranty, but starlink support sends out replacement items 1 at a time and they take over a week to receive. Currently been without service for 11 days and support wants us to wait another 7-10 days for another replacement item to ship out. Refusing to overnight product. Not a solution for homes requiring reliable service. Also, you cannot speak with a live person in support. Only chat online. They take 30 minutes+ to respond.

Don't buy Starlink from Best Buy

We canceled the order after the Geek Squad canceled three installation dates spread over a two-and-a-half-week period. We finally grew weary of that group's behavior. We opted for a competitive streaming solution.

Customer Service not great

They said as a new policy that there was no one that could help with setting up the star link I purchased while out of town trying to work remotely. Thankfully I was able to figure it out with no help from Best Buy on a purchase of over $600 I would give 5 stars if I were just reviewing the products itself.
