With very limited prociders in Venus, Tx this was the next bug thing. It actually worked better than i have thought. The only bad thing is that its expensive but it was well worth it

Starlink has been nothing but trouble for me since I bought in in mid January. I'm that guy who reads directions before starting an assembly project. That's what I did with my Gen 3 Starlink. Step by step and word for word I followed the instructions to set this up. It worked perfectly for about a month. It was fast and I had great speeds. Shortly after that it suddenly went offline. I have network, but no internet. I created a ticket and someone got back to me a day later (not acceptable). After four days we got it back up. Four days ago, after two weeks of running, the internet fell offline again. I immediately created another ticket, but as of this writing no one from Starlink has reached out. I have sent a Customer Complaint email to Starlink to see if that helps. If you're thinking of buying, think again. There is no phone number to call (no, the one mentioned in some sites is not Starlink). There is no way to speak to anyone. I just have to wait until they're ready to contact me. I realize that today's customer service does not include actually speaking to customers, but it is completely inefficient to attempt troubleshooting via messaging over several days vs. speaking over the phone for 30 minutes, but that seems to be the new normal. If this isn't fixed soon I will need to terminate my service. I hope someone who works at Starlink will read this and pass it on.

Never tought this product was going to exceed all my expectations , blazing fast internet where there is no other form of communication

We live in a remote area and are surrounded by hills. We had to buy an expensive cell signal booster in order to get any service. It worked, but was unreliable at best. Some friends recommended Starlink and now we have fast reliable Internet, wifi calling, and text. Coupled with the Ooma home phone system and we have everything we need.

Very happy with the service of the product. I could not get Verison or Dish to work at my home , this is super fast ( not cable fast, but fast) My only complaint, I didn't know that there would be an area code attached with the system. So I ordered FUBU , which goes off of the internet connection that is in home. Im in Michigan, and when I went to see the local stations I could only get Chicago News.

excellent service from bestbuy and really happy with the Gen3 disk. It works as a charm and I would recommend everyone to buy this system via BestBuy. Upload speeds are significantly lower than download speeds, so whatapp calls may be interupted. But you can always call back, does´t matter if you´re in the middle of knowwhere.

The new Gen 3 works great! The flat feature allows for a variety of expanded mounting options, such as roof mounting flat on an RV. The new router seamlessly works for streaming, gaming, and everything in between. As far as satellite internet goes, it’s about the closest to traditional internet you’ll get!

'Works great! Have trouble getting Internet, where we live. It was only one option and it would’ve been another month before they could’ve ever hooked up the wires. We decided to try Starlink and we’re really glad we did!

We absolutely love our starlink. With all 4 tv’s going and all the kids phones and devices it’s been the best. Also we live in an area where there is no cell service. So this is a BIG game changer.

Great connection, great speed, easy to set up. I’m in an area that we tried everything and could not get Internet strong enough to stream or play games. This solved that problem is wonderful. My son who plays live games with multiple friends across the country and my husband who streams movies or plays games can both do it at the same time plus I can shop on my phone with no lag. Love it.

Set up of receiver was easy and the app made finding the best mounting location a breeze. However, registering the unit and setting up the subscription was difficult due to Starlink’s clunky website. One would think the brightess man on the planet would have a functional website.
