Great When It’s Great - Terrible Customer Service

However when the weather is rainy or very overcast, the signal becomes intermittent. When issues happen, customer support does not respond quickly. This is a major problem for a person working from home and for kiddos that enjoy the internet.

Storm damage recovery.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a bad hailstorm and our Starlink satellite receiver was damaged. Best Buy had these in stock and I was able to pick it up in short order. Working through the support menus from Starlink were cumbersome and not ideal as far as being intuitive. While this system isn’t the exact replacement it does work very well. Getting back online in our remote area quickly was important and thankfully Best Buy had what we needed.
